Ok so … haha im done XD I started this with a few goals. / 1. Break in my brand new tablet (been working with a mouse since old one died) / 2. put life drawing classes to use I used a photo for the light on her tummy and i used this picture as ref for the background http://www.farewellstress.com/members/1022417/uploaded/WaterfallRainforest.jpg / I coulda worked on the background alot more but i was getting a bit sick of this =/

The Mer de Glace (Sea of Ice) is a glacier located on the northern slopes of the Mont Blanc massif, in the Alps. / At 7 kilometres long and 200 metres deep, it is the longest glacier in France. It lies in the Chamonix valley, / it was the first place in the valley to have a ready-made tourist attraction. The glacier’s speed, although not / perceptible to the naked eye, is considerable. From more than 120 meters a year in its upper part, the Mer de / Glace moves about 90 meters per year in the region of Montenvers, which is about one centimeter per hour.
