  • Gundagai, New South Wales, Australia / This steel bridge over the main channel of the Murrumbidgee River is part of the Gundagai Rail Viaduct across the Murrumbidgee floodplain – altogether 819m long and including 72 timber trusses, the longest timber truss structure ever built in Australia. It was constructed in 1903 when the railway line from Cootamundra to Gundagai was extended to Tumut.   • My first attempt at this selective blurring. Just wanted to see if I could get rid of the distracting background but I think I took the long way round and then the blooming file corrupted so I had to start all over again. I think it works although perhaps the subject is not the right one.
