well, day 1 of annual leave and I am faced with massive winds, hail, sunshine, rain….the whole bloody arsenal really. So, I will check out some of the fellow RB’ers photo’s and dream for a nice sunny day tomorrow. Mind you, there is nothing wrong with browsing the fellow RB photo sites, except for the fact that you all give me so much inspiration to go out and do some great stuff and the weather comes along and bites me. I recently purchased a camera about 3 weeks ago. Things were great! The camera snapped pictures from morning to night, sunny to cloudy to rain. Just the other night I was sitting with a neighbor taking pictures of the moon. I couldn’t wait to upload the images into my laptop. By midnight I was sitting by my computer and waited 10 minutes when suddenly my camera sent me this message, “Busy”. Hmmm, I thought to myself. Never had I ever seen a camera send a message that it was busy. I never had problems with it before. I have uploaded hundreds of pictures from it. By 2 A.M. I was at my wits end. Again, camera sent a message “BUSY”. So, I asked it, “What the heck, you got a part time job or something? Then suddenly another message appeared, “Images Deleted” How could that be? So to make a long story short, I returned the camera to the store. So tonight I sit here wondering what is the best camera to buy?

So tomorrow i will be down at batemans bay and work my way up the coast line to some wonderful areas. Beaches, Lush rain forest scenes, wildlife and so much more. I carnt wait to take photos and then share my trip and photographs with all you wonderful people on redbubble. I wonder what photo opportunities are available right at this moment? Perhaps a close up of a puddle being pummelled by rain drops – the cliché black and white photo of a woman with a red umbrella (I ask you – how often do you see a woman with a red umbrella??)....a close-up of bright coloured gumboots......people dashing for shelter (black and white)......kids in rain coats ...with arms outstretched…..rain drops dripping off a branch on a tree.....with a blurred background of a church…...woollen gloved hands wrapped around a hot cup of coffee.........then I come back to reality after this little day dream and realise that I’m sitting at my desk at work – unable to capture any of these photos….so for now I’ll just keep on imagining….............
