  • Clear perspex modern phone booth contrasted against a timeless backdrop. There are some cool black garbage bags in the distance and the hard concrete blocks provide a great platform against the distressed wall veneers.

  • I simply had to take a photo of this phone, mainly just because it was a very similar colour and style as another phone that is well known amongst explorers from a popular asylum.

  • Old school Telecom logo. (If anyone has any specific advice about the legalities of using a defunct logo for a defunct organisation, please let me know. I don’t want to inadvertently breach a copyright that I’m almost certain doesn’t exist.)

  • ...I hate speaking on the phone… however, I’m proud of my visual ideas

  • Inspired directly from all the horror movies I’ve ever watched. You’re on the run from whatever it is chasing you this time. You fine a phone, run to it in hope but lo and behold, it’s disconnected. You turn to keep running, but the thing you have been running from is there, and you run right into it.. That was your last life line. Goodbye. This was taken in the underpass between Degraves Street and Flinders Street Station, Melbourne. The entire underpass is trapped in an art deco time warp. Light pink tiles on rounded walls, window box displays, metal sign work, and this in particular. Curving into a small alcove where a telephone must have once stood. Original shot, layered twice. Colour altering and fading on original, darkening on layer. Texture added from www.deviantart.com stock. Featured in Australia! • PLEASE VIEW LARGE..XOX PJ..or Shadow Dancer / Has Given me a challenge.. we shall see.. by midnight I hope to find a way to writing one of these …. colorful pieces!! / PLEASE JOIN IN THE CHALLENGE WITH ME! / BOTH MEN AND WOMEN JOIN THE NEW YEAR WARMTH..teehee.. / Here is the challenge: So, Lina and i were talkin the other night on the phone for like a few hours. seriously. and we talked about everything in life. i love her writing and she has often told me how she has no fear about posting and writing everything – she just puts it all out there. i, on the other hand, am somewhat inhibited and it takes so much courage to post ANYTHING. so many times in our conversations lina encourages me by saying “you should POST that!!!” and i’m always saying “oh i dunno… ” and she smells that fear in me. so, after a long fun conversation, i noticed something about lina. she is, for those that don’t know her well or read her writing, and incredibly sensual woman. she just exudes it. but…….......... she has never really written an all out sexual piece of writing. i called her out on it. so, to make this long story shorter for brevity sake – i challenged her to write a piece of steamy mad sex. just all out hotness. so i’m waiting. but she turned the challenge back on me, too. so i need to get myself together and do it. ! challenge everyone else here who writes to join the fun. it doesn’t have to be nasty. you can read some of my latest stuff, i do like to write romantic and steamy. erotica can be an enjoyable and freeing way to write. it can still be romantic. it can be anything you want. hope some of you consider it, and i can’t wait to see the pieces
