The pirates are definitely about this weekend at the Faire … it is after all Pyrate Phantasy weekend!!! Oh my … there are some scandels too! From pirates gambling for loot from their treasure chests to a fancy French pirate with some unique charm! Oh and so many “wannabe Capt. Jack Sparrows” ... by the way the REAL Capt. Mont St. Michel, just off the coast of Britanny (Bretagne), France, and close to the Normany coast. This is a blend of two images (the sky was taken in Normandy). The architecture and the golden light on he island almost give this a Phantasy feel, it almost reminds one of Lord of the Rings.
