  • Coloured pencils on paper. This painting is currently listed in my eBay store

  • This tree is in ,what used to be the floor of our local res.It used to be a dare for the local boys to see who could swim out to the trees! For my whole life and the life of my parents and grand parents these trees have been submerged. But now in my childrens life time ,thanks to global warming there is just scrub.I wonder what we have left for our future generations?I added this work quite a while ago but thought I would add something to the discription. When this pic was taken(about 2 years ago) no one realized that the rain wouldn’t have come by now. Most of the trees you see here have fallen over now and there was a scrub fire in what used to be the massive lake bed.We have been on stage 4 water restrictions for 4 years now with no sign of letting up.We(as did many of our neighbours)alway grew most of our own vegetables, the ground is now so hard and plants just burn off so it is no longer viable.Trees that are several hundreds of years old and have survived many droughts before are now dead, the landscape is grey ,not even brown anymore,it has been weeks since it last rained and when it does it isn’t enough to penetrate the ground. We keep hearing how it is ok because the state government has “managed”to keep Melbourne from state 4,at the same time being told “all Victorians” need to do more to save water and then hearing how Melbourne has used well over it’s water target for the week! They have built a pipe line that takes water from an over stretched river to where it was used to irrigate farms to …you guessed it Melbourne, they are also getting a desalination plant. It seems that our state capital is all that matters and the rest of the state is expendable.Where I live used to be called Australia’s food bowl, now it is just a dust bowl.My family moved here, many years ago,yet now my husband and I are concidering moving our family up to coastal N.S.W as it is still green there. As I watch my home disappear before my eyes ,I have no answers,I actually think it is too late for this part of the country but for all those people who still deny that global warming is a threat ,walk a mile in our shoes. It’s time the world got on board and took this seriously. It is my neighbourhood today tomorrow it will be yours.

  • This is my 12 year old puppy Mattie. Isn’t she beautiful? She is my life, she is my muse. I’m downloading many photos of Mattie in hopes of raising money. She recently passed away after fighting liver cancer. She fought the horrible disease for 2 months with chemotherapy, but in the end it took her life. The last chemo session, she looked at me and softly said she was tired. So, I took her home and made a bed on the floor for the 2 of us and I held her through the night until she passed away in my arms the next morning. She is missed every second of every day, but she will live on forever in the hearts of everyone she met and new. So every t-shirt and piece of artwork I sell will go to paying off her final $10,000 of doctor bills. I love you my perfect angel.

  • I just read this and it reminded me of what a nosey, ill-informed, idiotic, brain-dead moronic busybodies PETA are. So, this is for them.

  • A bleeding heart on purple flowers :) Another old one, just trying to get my gallery up to date :) INFO FOR SOLD!: / Sold Matte Prints & Cards, here and on dA, by mystery buyers.

  • The year is 2008 the location is the United States of American the event the election for the Presidency of the United States the date November 4, 2008. Governor Sarah Barracuda Palin of Alaska is the root’n toot’n running mate selected for John Maverick McCain by the extreme Republican Fascist Neocons and the right wing evangelical fundamentalist religious nut jobs…can you get your head wrapped around anyone calling himself a Maverick and his sidekick Sarah Barracuda…if elected this will be The Bush Third Term and Armageddon is just an atomic bomb away…be afraid be very afraid…if you thought George Bush was less than intelligent….John McCain and Sarah Palin are the classic “Dumb and Dumber.” Republican fascism ushered in by George Bush et al just may be extended. The American electorate “is ignorant” they voted BushCo twice and they just might elect another BushCo Republican the Original Maverick and Sarah Barracuda just a hockey mom….no one could have written this surreal scenario and only in America. / Governor Sarah Barracuda Palin kills and guts moose herself, brags about moose burgers and on her salary no doubt she has to hunt to put food on the table….why shop at the supermarket when you can have an adrenal rush the thrill of the kill. Sarah Palin also wants the polar bears off the endangered species list; she sued the American Federal Government to have them removed. Who is Governor Sarah Palin you really need to find out about her position on woman’s rights, foreign affairs, the economy, the environment, religion. One thing for sure Sarah Palin “I Kill Animals” is a fact. / In Alaska hunters fly in planes and shoot wolves and are offered $150 for the wolves’ legs without the pelt, the pelt is worth from $200 to $300. Sarah Barracuda is an avid hunter and has participated in the killing of wolves from a helicopter a more steady aircraft to maximize the kill than an airplane. Not enough wolves have been killed this year and with the cost of fuel the state of Alaska may even pay for the fuel. Animals are slaughtered, tuna for sushi, seals clubbed for pelts, whales, elephants, tigers, wolves the list is endless some try to justify this…others just don’t care they kill to kill. / Sarah Palin is an extreme fundamentalist evangelical Christian and John McCain hums “bomb bomb bomb Iran” John McCain may be The Manchurian Candidate life is stranger than fiction. Do your due diligence search the web will you be surprised.
