I recently worked into this image a lot more and am much happier with this new result. I created this image using both Painter and Photoshop. No refferences were used.

Big shout out to DieselLaws who helped me over the naming hurdle for this piece. They’ve got some killer designs so make sure you check em out here!
Had the urge to do something impulsive after spending most of the evening working on Tomorrow so I whipped this up using a bunch of different style brushes. Wanted to get a good mix of colour and shape without using the correct ingredients (eg the arm being made up of various views of a spine). I got a thing for grungy stuff at the moment so this was fun to do.
Me.
given to whimsy or fanciful notions; capricious. I totally wanted to stretch the box here… the box I am always in when it comes to photography. Once again, this photo isn’t perfect… but I am glad I did something different and spent more time thinking about how I wanted it to look. I would like to try to do something more like this more often. It is fun! Yeah- it is fairytaleish… unrealistic… but that was what I was going for!
And not sure which is reality and which is fantasy…
