  • A star in a sea of images…

  • This was a crack of dawn shot on the North coast of Cornwall. I spent most of the time keeping warm in the car and in the dark. But it was worth the wait. Mowenstow, Bude. Cornwall, England.

  • I am most proud of this shot so far in my short time doing photography. This image incorporates my passionate nature with my love of the ocean. I used to lobster fish with my Dad and so the ocean holds a lot of dear, and not so dear LOL, memories for me. I almost froze my hands off doing this. It was snowing a little while before I took this shot so you can imagine close to the water, with a breeze, how cold it was. However, in the name of love and romance, anything goes! LOL

  • Featured in A Fractal Energy Passion / Thank you so much ! Winner of Fractal Art Frenzy’s Best Monochromatic/Grayscale Challenge. Thank you so very much ! Something a little minimal, done for a Stillness Speaks Challenge on another site. I had envisioned something along the lines of a garden path, a few pebbles or stones …. a little sand …....... something people could just look a for a while & then quietly find their own stillness speaking to them. ;-) Apophysis.

  • Found my Mojo!, been ages since I got wet ;-) found these warn limestone blocks in the North Bay at Kaikoura on New Zealand’s South Island, carved smooth by the sea in a very blocky pattern, very different to the other rocks I found which tended to be sharp like sharks teeth. Shot on a Nikon D700 with 17-35mm lens, with Cokin ND4 grad filter.

  • This was taken at a place called Swansea which had these terrific pebbles on the beach. This was the sunset on my first day in Tassie. I managed to get awesome weather the whole time I was there.

  • I know not many people find this beach in Noosa Heads National Park, Queensland, Australia. Every time I visit here, there is not one footprint on the beach. This is the same beach as The Immortal Soldier image, shot on the same day. The unused path that leads to this beach is hard to find, and the incline can be up to 80%, and very slippery. Sometimes sliding is the best way down :) I can sit here for hours, it’s so tranquil and unspoilt. Canon 50D, 10mm, 16:9 crop. Available Large and best viewed Large!

  • just on a whim, I got up at 5am and shot down the river, this spot is 5mins from home, my wife said the weather was going to be crap, not worth going out, you’re wasting your time, Brilliant! when people tell you its gonna be bad the chances are that its gonna be SENSATIONAL!!! you be the judge, I’m very happy with this image. Shot in the Hutt River near Silverstream, view towards upper Hutt and Moonshine Bridge. Shot on a Nikon D700 with 17-35mm Nikkor Lens, Cokin ND4 grad, tripod and sand bags.
