Gunnamatta Beach is a long stretching surf beach on the southern coast of the Mornington Peninsula. It has high sand dunes, long stretches of sand, and very rugged outcrops of rock. Most times of the year it’s a quite place where you can go to get away from things. This is Gunnamatta beach one autumn morning.

These stones have Japanese Kanji written on. I found this one in a temple just by a pagoda containing Buddhist sutras. I`m not sure if they are written by the monks or by the locals and tourists who flock to this beautiful temple. !

I took this picture at my favorite place; the Oregon Coast. It was a beautiful morning and then the fog engulfed the sun and everything around providing me with this shot. This photo as most all of my photos is 100% “as is”.
Like that other one. But with black ink.

Come sit with me and see what I see…….feel what I feel as I indulge my senses in the awesome beauty with which we have all been blessed. As I sit here in the coastal grasses and feel the cool salt air on my face, blowing my hair and refreshing me both physically and spiritually I am in awe…..I am so relaxed as I watch the calm ocean barely moving; it is a peace for which there are no words, only feelings. Come sit with me and see what I see …feel what I feel…....... / Shot in Pacific Grove, CA on 06/03/09. / / /
