Featured in All Things Poetic, Artistic, Philosophical 21st December, 2008. Moonlight in Mulranny. Mulranny is a small town in County Mayo on the west coast of Ireland. As with several Irish placenames, it has in recent years undergone a change in spelling reverting back to a former variation. It is now generally spellt Mallaranny, but can also be found as Mullranny and Malaranny. / The town sits on the coastline of Clew Bay. Clew Bay is said to have 365 islands (one for each day of the year). Some are inhabted by small populations and others are used for grazing sheep and cattle. / As can be seen in this shot, at low tide one could walk across the wet sands to the islands. Cattle can be seen wading through the shallows going back and foth from the mainland to the islands. / This is a shot of the view behind my Aunt’s house, taken one night on the way home from the pub. Camera always handy, I set it atop a gate post for stability, set the timer, etc., and it didn’t turn out too bad considering I was three sheets to the wind at the time.

NOW That everything changes when we start to see that life is suppose to be FUN and we can allow the infinite possibilities to formulate the best path for our desires to manifest. I have never seen this more true than my own life. As everyday I soften my thinking to better feeling thoughts I experience new vista’s to guide me towards that which I am becoming and that which I desire. Today has been such an easy day full of butterfly vibrations and lovely sounds and visions and YOU! xox

This is a drive by shooting. On a coach to St. Johann, Austria, the coach driver was tearing around the smallest hair pin turns on tiny Alpine roads as if he was late for some dumpling festival. I had the camera out just in case we crashed and took this photo while waiting for the crunch. Luckily that never happened. I hope you like it. Greeting Cards / Framed Print / Canon 5D, 24-70mm at 35mm, f/3.5, 1/1600 sec, ISO 1600. No filters used. A death speed coach window in the way. I evened out the chrome abs because of the high iso. Sutton Bank is a high vantage point at the very edge of the Hambleton Hills and the North York Moors with extensive views over the Vale of York and the Vale of Mowbray. Because of its location and high elevation, Sutton Bank is popular with gliding and flying enthusiasts. Predominant landmarks include Whitestone Cliff and Roulston Scar, the former overlooking the mysterious (and reputedly bottomless !) Lake Gormire. Close nearby are the villages of Sutton-under-Whitestonecliff, and Kilburn (famous for the White Horse of Kilburn, and Robert Thompson – the “Mouseman” of Kilburn). / Sutton Bank is one of the most spectacular inland cliffs anywhere in Britain, and carries one of the most hair-raising main roads in the country. The near vertical drop from top to bottom is around 140 metres, and crosses at least two major geological boundaries. / The Sutton Bank National Park Centre is on the western edge of the fabulous North York Moors National Park – home to the largest expanse of heather moorland in England. The Hole of Horcum is a section of the valley of the Levisham Beck in the North York Moors of northern England, upstream of Levisham and Lockton. The Hole of Horcum is a vast, 400ft deep natural hollow measuring ¾ of a mile across. It has been naturally eroded over thousands of years by the action of springs, though a more romantic legend tells us that it was created when a giant named Wade, who was in fact a Saxon chief, grabbed a ‘handful’ of earth to throw at his wife, Bell – the soil missed its target and landed to form the 800ft high hill of Blakey Topping which lies about a mile to the east.
