This beach chair and umbrella is located on Patong Beach, in Phuket, Thailand. / On the popular beaches in Phuket, the locals setup rows and rows of these beach chairs each morning, in preparation for the tourists. While relaxing on these chairs, the locals will then ply you with cold drinks, and will try to sell various trinkets. / This photo has also featured in my blog.

Taken along the main drag at Patong Beach in Phuket. Patong is a place you go to NOT relax! A shopping, drinking and island hopping paradise! I was swept away by Patong and know that I will be back again one day soon! / Tuk Tuk’s in Patong differ from the Tuk Tuk’s in Bangkok too!

This woman came around to all the restaurants to sell her wares. I was more interested in her shirt. “Chin Husbanding Service – Thailand”. I wish I’d asked her exactly what did that entail.. ;-)
