This picture is part of a series of pictures taken by me during the summer of 2007. This photograph was taken in Yellowstone National Park located in Wyoming. In this picture you see kids on the edge of the water leaving their foot prints on the sandy surface.
It was a beautiful day. No wind and Jackson Lake was like glass.

Taken while driving through Yellowstone National Park. It was my first drive through the park. It was amazing. I’m not sure what the name of the lake is, but it was gorgeous. Nikon D60 / 18-55
Taken in Yellowstone National Park. This place was amazing for both sunrise and sunset. The colors were great and it was very unique. This was a sunset. Nikon D60 / 18-55 lens / Level adjustment in CS3
My first sunrise shot while in Yellowstone National Park, WY. My friend had suggested this spot for sunrise and I’m so happy he did. This was actually the first shot I took when we arrived. So many more shots to go through from this whole excursion. I’m so happy with how these turned out. Nikon D60 / 18-55 lens
I know its different, but I like it nonetheless. I was shooting a herd of bison when I saw this focus and I liked it. That is what those dark things are in the background in case you were wondering. Taken at Grand Teton National Park, WY. Nikon D60 / 70-300 f4 lens / CS3 – Brightness, contrast, levels
Taken at Mammoth Hot Springs, Yellowstone National Park WY. I had been chatting with several people on the way up here when someone told me about the moth in the water. She showed me a picture she took with her camera and it was beautiful. I was determined to find this moth. My friend was already at the top and I told him about it so he listened to everyone and found it before I got there. Apparently this moth fell in and is now preserved for who knows how long. Such a beautiful contrast I think. Nikon D60 / 18-55 lens / Levels, brightness/contrast and crop in CS3
Taken in Yellowstone National Park while observing an amazing sunrise. :) I know its a bit bright on the left, but I cropped as much as I could. I didn’t want to mess up the composition. Enjoy Nikon D60 / 18-55 lens / Crop, Levels, Brightness/Contrast – CS4
These are some other structures along Mormon Row in Grand Tetons National Park. No one really gets shots of these guys, so I’m going against the norm. :) As usual, feedback always welcome. I did get a shot of one of the famous Mormon Row barns, but my edit job wasn’t great. :( Anyways, we’ll see if it ever gets posted. Enjoy. Nikon D60 / 18-55 lens / CS3
Fishing Hole is located on Yellowstone Lake, in Yellowstone National Park, USA. It is a small geyser near the lake shore where the legend says, one can catch a fish in the clear water of the lake and then boil it in the water of the small geyser without having to move.

Taken in Yellowstone at Mammoth Hot Springs. I had such a nice relaxing morning here, and I got so many beautiful shots from this location. I think it was one of my favorite places to shoot. I have been dying to get back since I left. I can’t wait to get back to one of the most amazing places I’ve ever seen in my life. Please enjoy this photo and feel free to comment and critique. Thank you. Nikon D60 / Slight levels and sharpen in CS3 / 18mm / ISO 200
Self-portrait with my lovely spouse, Susan taken while we were at Yellowstone National Park July 2009. Lower Yellowstone Falls can be seen directly behind us! Sorry to have my ugly mug detract from such beautiful scenery, but thankfully I did not stand in front of the real beauty!
