Seville, Vic, Australia. I saw this grove of Chestnut trees on the side of the road and jumped a barbed wire fence to shoot it. It was such a surreal morning with the mist rolling through the trees. Took about a dozen shots here and stole 7 chestnuts which I had with my dinner that night. It was only after uploading this that I decided that I’m not entirely happy with it. I have about 10 different versions of it shot at different angles some of which I think are a little better.
I thought this format would be idea for cards, but possibly it will work for prints as well.
A panorama I shot at the Silverstar ski resort in Canada. I’d love to go back there one day. Other images from Silverstar: Silverstar / Snow Shack / More winter images

Taken from the parking lot at Clingmans Dome,GSMNP. The mountain was named for Brigadier General Thomas Lanier Clingman, by Arnold Guyot a geographer. Clingman in the 1850’s was the first to accurately measure the height of the mountain. The mountain was called Kuwa’hi (the mulberry place) by the Cherokee. This is where the legendary great bear chief and doctor dwelled. In whose magic bath the wounded bears are restored to health…Settlers first called it Smoky Dome then later was called Mount Buckley before Guyot named it offically

Fallen casuarinas that tumbled to the water from wave erosion during deep low pressure systems in 2007 and 2008 line the beaches near Inkskip point in SEQ. / The view sweeps around to the famous coloured dunes of Rainbow beach and onwards to Double Island point and on large versions the glow from the lighthouse that adorns this point can be seen. / Fuji G617 – Velvia 50. / ©T.Middleton2008 —-—-—-—-—-—-—-—-—-—-—-—-—-—-—-—-—-—-—— / / see more of my TRUE panoramic photography by clicking on the image below / /

Located in the outback Qld I found myself down within this gorge…After a hot walk down into the gorge proper I was rewarded with a lovely calm pool sprawling along the sandstone wall. Knowing that the gorge walls would shadow this composition well before sunset I sat, listened, smelt and tasted my surrounds. Then in the final moments as the shadows encroached I took this photograph.
