I couldn’t help but love the shot of these broken window panes framed by this partially open door. Just about every corner i turned in this place threw up something that i wanted to shoot.

I walk by this window, its mysterious look calling to me to peer in, I ignore this temptation ..until I can’t ignore it anymore, I peer in..seeing nothing, but feeling something staring back..I walk away, looking over my should knowing there is something..someone watching me.. Nikon D90 / 18-200mm Vr Lens A window on a old garage, I liked the rusted look to the pane and the glass was broken and very textured, I did honestly try to peer in, but due to the texture and the newspaper over the glass ..I couldn’t see a thing.
Every time I visit my mother, I come home with lots of beautiful flower photos, too many to choose just one, so I decided to put several together in this collage I’ve named, “Garden of Eden,” because that is exactly what Mama’s yard feels like! It’s a sight for the eyes and a soothing balm for the soul. The image of the cardinal sitting on the statue of Jesus is from my yard; there is a very old cardinal who loves to rest there. I think he’s got just the right idea. No better place to find peace!

Reflections of fall color n the window of a mountain lodge.
I took my first real walk all around Pigeon yesterday and couldn’t believe the things I found and that I had missed before, usually I am driving..stop..shoot..back in the car, this time on foot..I took about 400 pictures, this window caught my eye, for one the vibrant red bricks and the decorative window, just looked cool.. Nikon D90 / 18-200mm VR Lens
