This is one of my silver award winning prints from the 07 AIPP State awards. / I spent the week up in Surfer’s on the Gold coast – Hence no updates or nice comments for people. Panorama taken of the Rocky Mornington Peninsula Coastline..Vic. Aus. / Another multi pan of 36 exposures..3 shot hdr x 12 shot pan…A fair bit of work goes into these pans, from the lugging the heavy pan head around to all the post processing, sometimes taking up to a whole evening to finish one off…When they come out right, It’s all worth it in the end. Thanks for looking and as always, comments most welcome…regards, Rob.

Panorama shot from the Point Nepean coast during the last light of the day..I love the remoteness of this stretch of coast, very rarely do I see people here when I’m out photographing…which is what I love about the place…thanks for looking.. / Rob.
I’m starting to run out of names for these shots…!...Another large hdr multipan. I don’t know how many in this one, but there’s heaps.. / Taken in the Bay of Islands, Vic. coast. This one makes a huge print with it’s 10,000 pixel width..

The pronghorn antelope (Antilocarpa americana) is skittish but often seen around the state of Wyoming. My personal favorite encounter was seeing an antelope fawn being born in Grand Teton National Park. This shot is from Casper in the center of the state, and bears a striking resemblance to a cave drawing in Lascaux, France, according to a French artist who is knowledgeable about rock art. Canon 40D, Canon 100-400 IS lens, f 14, 1/400, focal length 350mm. Laminated prints of this image have sold – thank you very much! Compare to This Frieze from Lascaux, France Interesting background on Pronghorn Migration… / “The pronghorn (Antilocarpa americana) that summer in Jackson Hole migrate annually between there and wintering areas in the Green River basin.
