  • (I AM NOT AN ARTIST I AM JUST A MAN WHO PAINTS.L.S.LOWRY).... I have been painting as an amateur artist on and off for many years.I have over the years developed a very unusual use of colour and content, which I now know from experience appeal to many people, Including individual collectors and dealers. Newcastle upon Tyne England has been a hotbed of heavy Industry since the beginning of the industrial revolution, most of which has now gone forever. A lot of my paintings are recollections of youthful images of the period, late 1940s and 1950s. They are inspired by local naïve and primitive pitmen artists I am also an admirer of L.S.LOWRY, and the great American artist EDWARD HOPPER .AND GRANMA MOSES among others. • A oil painting made in Artrage / As you may or not know I love the mountains they are so full of energies and different powers, the winter mountains have a very different look and feel , the nuances in the landscape are much, much, more subtle and the light playing on ice and snow can sometimes play tricks with your mind or eyes, whatever, this can make for many inspirational insights with which to paint down and show the world / lol! This is such a painting, enjoy and welcome back, thanks for looking, Paul :)) Music

She’s perfect for Christmas is you want to send a little sweetness to a special someone and I’ll be uploading 2 other versions soon, without the Christmas greeting, because these are collectibles for “Children of the World” series as well, and not only Christmas designs. / / / / /

  • An acrylic painting on canvas paper of a winter wonderland. We have sun and heat here but I always remember my childhood Christmases being White.
