latest painting-in the theme of green. and yellow. or gold-depending on how nationalist you’re feeling! It’s in it’s final moments, perhaps forever, perhaps just for the day. I had planned to do more. I will replace if it gets ‘more work done’.

It reminds some of tartan, and me bit a little bit of fashionista (as those who know me wouldn’t say!), of burberry. But really, it’s layers of stripes and cross stripes-can’t help any connection! I was a little bit inspired by steve’s drips (not that I hadn’t just used drips in the last couple of paintings! eg the fish) / -just to keep going with it as I really want to develop my abstract abilities-it’s such an art! I love layers and textures and want people to feel like they can touch the paintings. (therefore, they are textured and coated with a veneer which makes them easy to clean!)
