The Little River peacefully flowing thru Townsend Tennessee. I camp at The Big Meadow Campground just across a little country road from here. The fishing on this bank is for campers only unless you wade thru. in the summer it will be full of tubers

The cold, clear, snow melt waters of the Merced River in El Portal, California. This was taken in early June directly adjacent to the Yosemite View Lodge just a few miles from the Yosemite park entrance. Our room was about 20 feet from the roaring waters of this river. It was such a cool spot on the river and the view was so relaxing yet mezmerizing, yet exciting all at the same time. I will never forget it. I wish I could stay at that place for a month. Maybe someday when all these images start selling like pancakes at a lumberjack festival.
