In the Tarantula Nebula,there is a planet just outside the orbit of the gas giant “Talon”.The planet is known by surfers across the Galaxy as “Surfer-girl’s Dream” discovered by a young lady who surfed it alone for many years before opening it up to other surfers.When Talon rises the tides are huge, waves have being measured exceeding 120 meters,a long tube can last for up to 5 hours,so pack a lunch. Here we see the lady herself surfing what she named the “Vortex”.

View from the red dwarf Gliese 581. Sol System. Red dwarfs are the most common star type in the Galaxy, at least in the neighborhood of the Sun. Planetary habitability of red dwarf star systems was always subject to some debate until man first landed on Neptune. / From the observatory based there, a study was made of Giliese 581, and eventually a team landed to explore. They discovered no life, but ruins were found suggesting some being(s) had dwelt there, still the ruins were quite small in area. Exploration of nearby space is ongoing.

This is the actual shape of the canvas This is where the entire shape of the canvas itself becomes an integral part of the overall theme. The canvas is tapered to give the illusion that the top of the canvas is leaning back and the bottom is protruding forward towards the viewer. / The blue represents both the waves of the ocean and the point where the horizon line of the ocean and sky meet. / The seagull itself is reduced down to its barest essential shape and color. With one wing up and one wing down representing the seagull’s constant wing movement as it seems to hover above the seascape.
