I was taking some evening shots in an empty playground today when this kid came along and scrambled up and sat in this basketball hoop. The sun was just about to set and the moon hung in the southern sky – which was hazy and pink from the forest fire south of us. He seemed a bit surprised by how it felt to be up there and said he was going to go up there more often. Eugene, Oregon Featured in _Out of the Blue
This image of my wife and daughter, Was he only print in the history to score a perfect “100” score from all juges at the “PPof O” and “PPof A” print competition. The print was also slected to be displayed in the International Traveling Loan Collection, the “Epcot Center” and “The International Professional Photographers Hall of Fame” exhibit. I can vividly remember hyper ventalating and almost passing out when I saw the print scores being displayed during judging. The highlight of my photography career.
