  • Early mourning is so calming and peaceful. The fog that has shrouded the landscape is slowly lifting. Nature seems to be in slow motion and hush. Sit and enjoy what God has gave you. Let nature enfold completely, your whole being, completely covering you with its serenity……..Cades Cove GSMNP

Done as a tribute to my backyard field that I now miss terribly… Inspired by my favourite song, The Sacrament by HIM. A softer version of the song can be found here. • Oil on canvas 24” X 24”. Completed December 2008. www.RainbowPathArtStudio.com “I am devoted to total world peace. I am the world.” / – Byron Katie The PEACE painting simply evolved. I am sure many other artists have experienced the same thing when you have in mind to paint one thing but something totally different emerges – much to your surprise. It was like this with PEACE. I really didn’t know from one step to the next how it would be. However, I did feel like I was being guided through the entire process by spirit so I did not worry. This painting does not need too much explaining, so here are just a few insights: The hummingbirds (delicate creatures representing joy) find the PEACE mandala more attractive then their usual nectar flowers, thus they are taking their nourishment from PEACE. The mandala reflects diversity in oneness. True peace comes from a higher state of consciousness. Specific colours, such as certain blues, purples, gold and silver, were used to assist the viewer in raising their own consciousness and attaining peace. In peace and joy / Maya

  • As I finished this work this morning, I was soon reminded that my path must be sacred and true, as I witnessed 4 Bald Eagles and 2 Golden Eagles sitting along the river treeline, never since we’ve been here have I seen a grouping like this together. My body was tingling from head to toe and I got so caught up in the beauty, I could only take a few photographs (which I’ll share soon). / In Northern America, the Eagle was considered great medicine power. To the Native Americans there were different kinds and divisions of Eagles. The Golden Eagle had a very high rank. The most potent and magical was the Sky Eagle which the Iroquois called Shadahgeyah. Among the Hopi, the Eagle god was called Kwahu and according to their legends, this great bird seldom came below the clouds; only the holiest of Shamans ever saw it. Even the Aztecs said this bird represented celestial power and the rising Sun. / As a Solar Eclipse approaches with the Chinese New Year on 1/26/09, the thought behind this Mandala becomes more clear…”We Are ALL One Tribe” Rainbow Hoop Created with Wacom Graphic pad/pen and enhanced with Redfield plug-in fractilius filter and photoshop7

  • A lonely park bench waiting for company in a cold winter day.

  • Letting Art Go By:Linaji 2009 When I was 11 I used to cut school / Walk to the beach and pretend / I pretended I was loved / And I pretended I was beautiful I used to sit then on the sand / And pick up shells and use them as / A phone to my heart / Worried that I was not hearing Me! I did not know it then but / I wasn’t. I laid back and let tears roll down my cheeks / I laid back and heard the wind sweep across my belly / I laid back and shut my eyes to the bright new day / I laid back and dreamed I was loved / And light and gay… Sometimes when the weather was a mix of / Sun and clouds / And the smell of rain arose / I would get a feeling: / It had edges of smiles and tender pats on the backside / It had a feeling / I still get when I open my bed / And jump inside cause it is so cold / But I pull the covers over me and / Shiver shiver shiver / And laugh all the while I never asked anyone in the world if they do this / Or did. / But it feels exciting almost sexual and free.. And, alone on the beach with the wind sand and sea / I would feel this amazing loneliness that seemed to have / Jumped off from the shoulders of this expansive joy. / Like I just made something so beautiful / And had to let it go. That’s what I feel today / As I look at the strokes of love and the / Layers of light I just allowed into Being / Which for some damn reason, / Feels all at once beautiful / And all at once Lost. I seem to worry / Does that mean I lost a part of me? / Or / Have I released the latch? / The one that opens my heart / Once again, / To another realm of Creation

  • I melt when you come down and curl up with me, / Candle drips and curly tips / Here you are my babyji / Sobbing lightly and descending to chill / Now I am attracted to you most / In all my senses / Participating / Available / Without thought or notion / Of where we began / Any of this… It is when you set all the vibrating ideas / Aside, / That spins you like a topsy tervy / Whirling dervish / And you box them up and pack them away / …..only for a moment, I know, / It is then that I see / You. / A Soul completely simple and basic / And here it is the loving of Us / That I feel / Nothing comes between us except / Maybe a fine smearing of tears, / Soon to be dried / Against the warmth of my skin. There is quiet / The quiet that makes me focus on the sound of our Kiss, / Or the complete understanding of my / Hands sliding over your skin / Then the involuntary intake of breath when I’ve Touched you / Somewhere that makes you feel / Grounded here / On the common waves of silence / Human and raw / Intertwined / Allowing your own sexuality / To call you in / And let my love speak in tones / That become the color of our world. Babyji and Co. / 2009 This was Co-Written / with my Heart. Thank you so much!!

  • I forgot I was at a friends home and this amazing sky happened..so I shot it. / Subtle and blue.

  • LOVE OPENS UP DOORS THAT WERE ONCE CLOSED On The Shores of Now

  • Divine intelligence are we, who are free / humans progressively learning NOW to be Understanding the light that yearns to see / mirrors of observance, are the wings of ‘we’ Growth from ribbons of acceptance to agree / arise with our tolerance of natures carefree Perceptions ever-changing to explore as trustees / experiencing life as ONE is the masters’ key We will transcend the fear of traumas fantasy / to function together with no “me” guarantees Among ourselves is the power, no external apogee / a team of angels on earth are destiny’s nominees Truths accepted, as we share love peacefully / Our ascension is hope, upon wings of our consents decree. tkrosevear 3/5/2009 This is a digital painting done with Wacom pad/pen in photoshop with the sandstone suface. Done for the “Arise” challenge.

  • This is my niece Alanna.. she rocks my world. I have used her in several of my pieces and this one is for me one of my fav shots. She got my 6 inch boots on one day..(I ended up giving them to her) and she floated around my home as I kept shooting. She wants me to manage her career in Hollywood in a couple of years from now as she knows her Auntie L don’t take no bull. She goes to Cornish University in Seattle Wash. and is awarded a big Scholarship for her abilities as an actress. Which for a school like that are far and few between. She knows where I came from and she trusts me. I trust her. i trust her ability to be young and wrong and dream and live and allow life to show her what the next turn is in the road. I have never ever told her she had or she should do anything. I have told her if she asked me how I solve my problems and what I still can’t seem to do very well. But though my relationship with her I feel more of the youth I still have lurking well within this soul. I love teens and young people. I tend to give them more room than my peers in my head as amazing beings, and this is a mistake. For me anyway. I think we are eternal so age really is all in the settling for a thought that one is about done with growth.. / I love one line I have taken from my Abraham work.. / You Ms. Linaji… Are Never Finished and Life Is Never Done!!

  • It’s all about light in the Mantra of Love.

Peace, tranquility, harmony….oneness with nature

  • They were out on the same walk She saw buildings / He saw the sky She saw shadows / He saw the shadows of birds that fly She saw a crack / He saw a crevice She saw a hole / He saw a ditch She saw the homeless / He saw the rich She saw a rock / He saw a diamond When they got home they looked into each other’s eyes, / How shall we ever agree on this life at the same time? / They said all at once / Well… / She said / We must learn to revel in our differences / Lets go against society, / Every time I see differently or you do / Lets break out the champagne and the sweet meats / Every time one sees a problem.. Lets celebrate for the other / Every time one sees a solutions lets do it again … / Celebrate / Celebrate each other.. And then we will loose track of / Perfect timing cause every moment will be just perfect!! So they made a pact and they went for walks / When she saw buildings and he saw the sky they both / Were so happy for what the other was seeing it was like they were seeing EVERYTHING ALL AT ONCE. / It was like it did not matter any more who saw what when or where; It just mattered that they were together. / And guess what? / THEY LIVED HAPPILY EVER AFTER… TEE HEE / THE END Linaji 2009
