In the middle of the paddock, the little shed and cart wheels sit side by side – as if giving company to each other. The fallen comrades, tree trunks run aground and stories of long ago, surround them while three small trees give the gift of shade in the afternoon sun. ‘Tis as if they know the twilight of their life is reaching forth as the rusy ruins slowly return to give of their bodies some sustenance the earth is surely needing!
