An old Holden left for dead in Marysville, Victoria, Australia. Found it with all its windows smashed in and covered in Graffiti. HDR done in Photomatix, converted to black and white in Adobe Lightroom. Sales 8 Greeting Cards On Saturday the 7th of February my family lost our home away from home at Marysville, as well as our two Rhodesian Ridgebacks and our Abyssinian cat. My condolences go to anyone who also lost family, friends or property on this terrible weekend, and I know deep down that Marysville will be back and better than ever, in the near future… Click here for my other photos of cars! An untouched portrait of my grandson James,he’s four.He was so tired of swimming at the lake all afternoon, when I took the shot, his face seemed to glow.We can see sand and water,he was lost in his mind and I cut that special look ,every time I look at this portrait,I stare for minutes… :))

Something along the lines of how people sinking within work and just the general busyness of life often reach for caffeine to save themselves… Enjoy!
This is the Chrome grill from the auto in this series called Pinkie from my show called OldBoyToys a look at the autos of a collector. As you can see the grill back in the 1930 to 1970s were a work of art in its self often the reason a person would by a car was to have this grill as a symbol of who they were! It was quite striking to see something as bright and as bold come at you in the night blazing with full headlights reflecting off of its front bumper!
Old folks enjoying an afternoon drive in their 1931 Ford. Image redone in LucisArt.
Captured this antique Ford being serviced in Williams, Arizona. Eddie’s Tires is located right on historic Route 66. / I like seeing old cars still in their pre-restored state, and this one was a beauty! Almost felt you were driving down Rt.66 in it’s hayday, and this would have been a common sight. / This is an HDR image, then applied the dodge & burn technique which I just learnt about and just had to try.

Just a classic car in classic black & white. Personally, I thought the grill on this behemoth looked pretty badass.

Car hub caps in monochrome nailed on a timber wall.
Some things you can hardly believe when you see them. I went to school as a structural engineer, and I have to say I’m amazed this house is standing. I went to some pains to make sure the image is vertical, and it’s definitely pretty close. So yes, that lamppost on the left really is leaning like that. This is just a scene captured while on the back streets of Nallihan in central Anatolia. Sometimes I feel like every door I see has a story behind it worth telling. If you look closely there’s a padlock keeping this one shut. What we’ll probably never know is … why?
Old tire swing hanging from the limb of an old oak tree.
