  • As promised – the new illustration on t-shirt. Works nicely don’t you think? Wear it with pride and spread the word of environmental awareness – or just pretend you are a bad-ass with a penchant for skulls…

  • Design from original oil on canvas painting by Leith O’Malley.

  • I painted this a few years ago and still have the original four by three foot painting in my studio. / I have a wide range of musical appreciation and Trane along with Miles Davis continue to inspire me in life and in art. I can make the print available if anyones interested. / - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - / / – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – / John Coltrane is sometimes described as one of jazz’s most influential musicians, but one is hard put to find followers who actually play in his style. Rather, he is influential by example, inspiring musicians to experiment, take chances, and devote themselves to their craft. The controversy about his work has never died down, but partially as a result, his name lives on and his recordings continue to remain available and to be reissued frequently. / - / His album BLUE TRAIN is certainly deserving of being hailed as a “classic,” a term grossly overused these days. Imagination or creativity doesn’t always come in the form of extreme busyness, and if you give this album your full attention, it will offer riches galore. / There is good reason why BLUE TRAIN is listed on many a jazz educator’s essential recordings list: It IS essential.

  • This is my Doom skull logo i am currently working on for a bigger piece that i will eventually finish, but i liked the skull as a solo element as well so i thought i would upload it as a shirt design! Featuring CCTV is always watching, capitalism barcode mouth.. can anyone tell me how to upload a close / enlarged version of my design into this section so people can actually view it properly?

  • The cost of fossil fuels is great! So great, it often comands the force of the military. Detail: / / Buyers Booth photo care of Rubyred

  • This is a shirt design featuring my original acrylic work named “First Tree”, This is truly the first tree I ever painted, the need to paint and create was something brewing so strongly inside I had to do something about it. Yet my resources were very limited, I grabbed the only paint I had any access to, a can of my father’s black spray paint, I sprayed it into the lid of the can and used the only paintbrush I owned a cheep nylon brush from a water color kit and created. I then finished my work with the only two pastels I owned brown and black. / Necessity is the mother of invention, or maybe it’s that there is more than one way to skin a cat. (Sorry cat lovers) At any rate I grew up in a home with very few luxuries but I did have a passion to create, always, I had to feed the creativity. / So this is a very special piece to me and I hope to you as well. • Our society’s addiction to oil and oil based products is threatening the human race. Corporate greed is compromising human rights and the environment through pollution and global warming. Things must change before it’s too late. This t-shirt is designed to quickly communicate the relationship between oil consumption and human suffering. The image of a hand gun and the use of the colour red represents blood and human suffering (so I would recommend a red t-shirt, but it still works on other colours). The fuel pump nozzle and use of black represents oil and petrol consumption. The link between the two items is the ‘trigger’, each of which is designed to be levered by the human finger. The ‘Oil Kills’ global message defies language barriers; selling to buyers in USA, UK, Canada, Europe and Australia.

  • Uh-oh. All gone? Medium: Vectors

  • My favourite topic of war, oil, death and how all 3 are related. This t-shirtwas featured in the group ‘Back In Black’ in November 2008

  • So, without further ado, here are the top ten ways to reduce your petrol consumption: 1. Don’t drive if you don’t have to. / 2. If you do have to drive, minimise the amount of time you sit in idle. / 3. When you finally get the car moving, make sure to use a nice, steady and moderate acceleration. / 4. Now that you’re up to cruising speed, try to stay at or near the speed limit. / 5. When driving, keep your eyes down the road and coast whenever possible. / 6. Keep your car as aerodynamic as possible; the more aerodynamic your car is (meaning the less drag that’s put on it) the better your gas mileage is going to be. / 7. / 8. Before you get out on the road, make sure that your car’s tyres are properly inflated. / 9. Get all of the useless and needless items out of your car. / 10. Ride a bike!

  • I am forever inspired by the visual beauty of Kubrick films. This is a graphic take on the brilliant ‘future-shock vision’ film A Clockwork Orange, in which the protagonist Alex is given shock therapy to prevent him from enjoying the crimes he commits. After the treatment is complete, whenever Alex has evil or malicious thoughts, he feels like throwing up. Perhaps this is how we should treat the purveyors of contemporary evils?

  • Taking Liberties With Oil / This is in no way intended to be anti American, but a statement about the industrial world taking liberties with oil consumption. The rate at which we are consuming oil is totally unsustainable, action now is the only way to change our future and to keep our liberty. The Statue of Liberty is a symbol of freedom and choice, the choice now needs to be action. Detail: /

  • Oil Bites / It’s ironic, we take something that exists naturally in the earth and use it to poison the planet. Detail: /

  • Rise in fuel & food prices sends inflation to 18-year high Riots have broken out in many poor countries due to surging gas and bread prices. A succession of bad harvests in countries such as Australia, as well as competition for land space from biofuels, have combined to push inflation higher.

  • Um…Yeah…its bit in ya face hey! oops! / . / . / . / . yes…this is an older one…sorry Jen! Just clearing the decks…or the HD anyways! ;) / eeep….....

  • Blood for oil. It’s a world wide suicide. The original design (above) turned 1. Happy birthday shirt. This is the blood edition :

Things must change before it’s too late. This t-shirt is designed to quickly communicate the relationship between oil consumption and human suffering. The image of a hand gun and the use of the colour red represents blood and human suffering (so I would recommend a white t-shirt, but it still works on other colours).
