This is my son, Rory, at about 8 months. The beautiful blue eyes were a gift from his grandfather.

Aja and I were best friends in the 90’s. We shared a mutual respect and trust of one another. Often, as I completed chores, she would follow me as though she were a loyal dog, sneaking up behind me to nuzzle my neck. Here she greets me with a grin as I approach her stall. I miss her a great deal.
