What a view: the borough of Manhattan, the mouth of the Hudson, the West Side highway and piers, and in the distance, the World Trade Center towers. This Paul Jackson watercolor was completed in 2006, a bird’s-eye view, or more correctly a helicopter-eye view, honoring pre-9/11 New York City.
