Shot at a danish themepark in 2005
Shot at the trainstation in Aarhus, Denmark in January – a train was leaving the station, and as I walked up along the carts, I noticed this guy sitting there. I moved a couple of carts ahead, put the viewfinder to my eye, waited for him to get in the picture – and snap.
I have a soft spot for children. And balloons. Mix the two, and you got me chasing this kid down the street to get a clear shot! Taken in Bergen, Norway in 2006
My first attempt at HDRI – shot at the coast of Norway in 2006.
Ever had that feeling of absence?
Shot in January in the city of Aarhus. The name of the street (slash river) is Ã…boulevarden, in case anyone ever visits Denmark and happens to be in Aarhus ; ) And yes, it’s made from two exposure – I wasn’t THAT lucky with the sky!
Sometimes we are lucky to bear witness to some of life’s golden moments; A baby’s first steps, a proposal, a reuninon between friends… or a child’s first touch of snow. This was their moment – hopefully one of many. And I was lucky enough to be at the right place, at the right time, to capture that moment. Lady luck must’ve smiled to me on that day.
Shot in Boston on Newbury Street – if you live in the area, you can see the housenumber and go down and check it out for yourself… Though the dog probably won’t be there ; ) Hope you like it : )
Life is what happens while you’re busy making other plans Get up from your seat and get out there Live a little Who knows? You might even end up having a good time.
Cat and dog swept in a blanket in a homeless woman’s babytrolley. I asked her for a portrait, but she wasn’t very keen on it – so she let me photograph her little friends instead
Radio City Music Hall entrance, near the Trump Plaza in New York City.
Taken inside the danish art-museum of ARoS. The name comes from the old word for the city, Aarhus, where it is located – ‘Aros’ – and the latin word for art – ‘ars’. It’s an amazing structure – and if you’re ever in Denmark, I would definitely recommend a visit!
The view from the top of Arc de Triomphe in Paris, shot on my trip around Europe in January
The Christian Science Center in Boston.
One of my first shots taken a DSLR, shot two years ago in Edinburgh, Scotland, during the G8 Summit – which explains the large amount of “Save The World!”-pins on his jacket! Some months later, I got a note from a fellow photographer on deviantART.com, linking me to a picture he shot himself – of the very same man. It’s a small world, isn’t it?
Shot in the modern part of Paris, a close-up of La Grande Arche de la Defense.
Shot at the Luxembourg central train station It was just too nice and square to not be shot ; )
An underground escalator in the heart of Prague, Czech Republic
Shot in downtown Boston
Shot of Fenway Park in Boston during a Red Sox game. And yes, the sky is completely natural!
An american eagle apparently posing a bit for the camera – taken in a zoo in Cleveland.
The classic sunset-photo – you know you love it!
Soon, all will fall silent / Soon, it will all be over / Did you get to see / What you wanted to see / And did you get to hear / Your melody? Abandoned and alone / The circus princess dances ‘round / Comes to a halt on her line / For an unnoticable second Soon, very soon / We will be gone Perhaps we will meet / Again - Kim Larsen, ‘Om Lidt’.
