I love the detail of the gargoyles on top of Notre Dame. The fact they are so old and have survived so long is a testament to the craftsmen of that time.
Yet another sweet French cafe in Paris. I loved them all.

Since Windows and Doors is having a Stained Glass challenge, I decided to have a play with this image from my Trip in April. I have always liked the soft reflection on the Gold gilt side wall. I was thought it would be interesting to try the Amazing Orton Effect to see how that adds to the light filter. The effect actually enhanced the colours quite well so this is the final result.

Notre Dame has the most intricate stone carvings. I loved this little fella. He seemed so deep in thought. I was evaluating “bokeh” software and I like the result.

Captured this little beast on top of Notre Dame, Paris. There were so many to choose from, but I liked the definition of the muscles and other features in this one. Especially liked his legs and claws. His timid look, to my eyes, made him a little different from his other Gargoyle friends..
