my new hat
by ingewe stayed for 1 week at this tribe “Drog Pa’’ we needed a special permit and could only stay one week, that gave me plenty of time to take some nice shots..Northern Ladakh, India

these Drog Pa women where such beautifull women and what a smile and what a great idea to wear a flower in your ear!! (This is a tribe in the Northern part of Ladakh, permits are required, i stayed there 7 days with my husband and 2 small kids) what a wonderfull experience this was,Northern India, Ladakh.

it wasn’t easy to find what i was looking for, so i decided to take the dirt roads to Barmer and then suddenly i was in the middle of what i was looking for. Bishnoi woman all gathering around a big well, with there families and cattle. What a day this was. I spent hours here with the people while they where throwing there big black waterbags with long ropes in that big well. Cattle came to drink, old men passing by with there camels and kids watching my every move. One of my highlights of my trip in Rajahstan. India

it was getting more crowded in the street while i was taking photographs, the taxi driver yelled at me, many people not good gor you ,madam’ we go now! oh just wait i said !!...Rajahstan, India

by ingethis was one morning at the well, the highlight of my trip in rajahstan, this was where i was looking for, it took my a while BUT i found it, I guess its in daily life the same, you have to keep trying over and over again, till you get it, ..it may take time and effort but when you find it, whatever you are looking for, the reward is that great feeling of satisfaction and a believe in yourself..India

We where driving around in this taxi when i saw this group of older women walking on the road, so (again) i yelled to my driver ‘stop’! and jumped out even before coming to a halt (typical me) anyway i walked towards these older women and always wave and say hello, and i asked them if i could make some photos…they had more interest in my hair and my body, they started toughing my hair and feeling my legs (thats happens quite a bit, getting used to this) so i was squeeking and lauging and so i made my shots, it was really fun!! rajahstan, India

Walking around in these little villages, every house decorated, I want to see it all, it looks so beautifull! I spent a few hours with these lady, first she looked cautious, thats fair enough too, later we had a lot of fun, Rajahstan, india
