  • These kids are unreal. look at them! They have found a disused iron bar in amongst the lava chunks in Goma, Congo – and they have fashioned into a ‘skipping rope.’ Look at the joy on their faces. Especially the little bloke on the left. Even the girl in the wheelchair is smiling. This is the kind of happiness that takes your breath away. I shot a few of the same scene. They loved it and couldn’t wait to see themselves in the screen on my digital camera. Buy this in any form and the profits go to the Hospital they were playing at.

  • Here is a photo of my little girl with her best friend still from my very girly series. I really liked the finished photo because to me it shows that a friendship would be the same 100 years ago as it is today.. Quite timeless so I would love to hear some feedback :o) Basia

  • This image was printed using liquid light. / This is a silver-based sensitizer for applying on any surface, exposing by an enlarger, and processing in conventional chemistry. It is virtually the same emulsion found on ordinary photographic paper, but in a liquid form and can allow the emulsion to be coated on a wide range of surfaces. / Here I have applied the liquid light using a brush to scrap metal and once it was dried exposed it with the enlarger. It was then developed, fixed and washed similar to any photographic paper. / The final piece of scrap metal was then stuck onto painted pine to be displayed. / The image you see before you is then a digital photograph of the displayed piece. The original photograph used to create this piece can be found here Some more images created using liquid light

  • Otters have long, slim bodies and relatively short limbs, with webbed paws. Most have sharp claws on their feet, and all have long muscular tails. They have a very soft underfur which is protected by their outer layer of long guard hair. This traps a layer of air, and keeps them dry and warm under water. Most otters have fish as the primary item in their diet, supplemented by frogs, crayfish and crabs. Some are expert at opening shellfish, and others will take any available small mammals or birds. Otters are playful animals, for example sliding repeatedly down snowy slopes, apparently from sheer enjoyment. Click on Magazines above ! I will donate 100% of proceeds from the sales of this image to the: “WSPA” “Otter-ly cute ! .........” was featured in Top Shelf Wildlife & Nature” group …

  • Silhouette art of kids playing on the urban streets on the way home from the supermarket. Mr Crow is eyeballing the situation. Chuck taylors hanging from the overhead wires. Kids using the trusty trolley as a means for transport. Luckily they remembered the 2 litre milk for mum! Note that the colour of the shirt you chose determines the colour of the silhouette.
