This storm passed by my camper this past summer. The storm unleashed havoc on the prairie landscape. Hills appeared snow covered after the hail pounded the ground and demolished anything that stood in its way. Hail stones the size of tennis balls were seen bouncing off the earth. I snapped a few photos before heading into my camper for shelter. Luckily, I only caught the tail of the storm and was hit with pea to marble sized hail. It sounded like my windows would bust at any moment. Tassajara Road – Between Danville and Dublin, CA / Nikon D300 / f/8 / ISO 800 / 85mm
This shot was taken on the way home from a motorcycle trip to Dayton, OH. My buddy was getting a little ticked off at my wanting to stop to take this shot, as we tried to outrun the rain. Am I glad we stopped !!! This looked like an old church, that someone then had used as a residence for years. I LOVE the red leather chair on the porch, and the sky was just perfect for HDR. Taken with Nikon D300 and Tokina 12-24mm lens. Post processing included HDR treatment, and some dodge & burn.

Photomanipulation See it in full-size on my portfolio here This creation is in no way meant to offend anyone. I’m not religious at all, but I was toying with this idea in my head and this is the final outcome. This art consists of over ten different photos merged together. All photos, except for the old man, belongs to me and have been photographed with a Nikon D100. On top of that alot of editing has been made such as the rays, the sea, clouds, waves, the hand with the flower. With that said, the stock-image of the old man can be found here. All credit for that goes to “skydancer-stock” at deviantArt. It’s quite modified though. Comments or critics are appreciated!
Towering Beauty against the dark New York skies.
This is a shot of an abandoned house that I took, but I wasn’t thrilled with the shot, lighting was bad, so I used a paint program and came up with this..not sure if I like it or not, but thought I would see what others think..Taken close to Port Austin Michigan Nikon D90 / 18-200mm VR lens / Dynamic Auto Painter
