These birds are magnificent on their own, but if your lucky enough to get a breath taking back ground, all the better!
This composite was made specialy for a the “chaos” challenge last year.I just let myself go and tried something different from what I use to do.I had a old picture from my trip in France when I went skiing in the Alps. The black stain at the left is,in fact,a restaurant at the “Trois Vallées” resort and you also can see the skier’s traces on the snow…. :)) I did a double layer with a shot of the moon taken with my Panasonic FZ-20…some coloring “et voilà”.....just for fun….
All is calm… all is white.
The twilight ,that special time of the day with a beautiful moonSomebody told me this would make a great Christmas card… / /
I was having fun experimenting one night on our street as I loved how the lights reflected off the snow on our street, these log homes with big windows really allowed this scene to come out. Tried and tried over and over to give it that festive feeling around X-mas, anyhow, here`s the result. / Canon XT, sigma 17-35mm 2.8 over 15 sec
Many dreams are forgotten or lost by the time we awaken fully, but that is not usually the case with dreams of flying. Flying dreams are very often a precursor for lucid dreaming; a dream state in which we are aware we are dreaming and can manipulate the outcome of the dream. Freely flying as high or as low as you wish using your arms or feet for direction, often with the ability to do acrobatics in the air is an indication that you feel really superior about something in your life. Once in a while, a flying dream will not go so well, such as when you can’t take off or you lose altitude or something is in your path and you can’t fly past or through it. / Surrealism art prints / Digital art prints / Fantasy digital art wallpapers

Filling up a glass of water and noticed this out of the kitchen window. Literally ran outside with a t-shirt and slippers on to get this before it went. First few shots were a golden amber in color then it went to this before it disappeared. Only snapped about 30 bracketed shots before it was gone. Gonna go a repot my orchid while this is uploading (and I finished it, thanks dial-up). Hope you like it. Please critique… print available here and on my website. This pic is as it was when I captured it. 2 Nights ago we had a small ice storm, it left about 2 centimeters of ice on every roof, electric lines and every trees in the locality, I have my share of trees surrounding the house, lilac, pines, maples, cedars and bushes of all kind. / Yesterday night was a full moon, the sky was clear of all clouds and the moonlight was very bright with no fog, here are some photos of a series I took around the house, some in total blackness with no street lights to disturb the beautiful bluish rays and hues of the moon and some have a little spark coming from the orange tinted lamp post we have as street lights in front of my house. / This is much better viewed larger, you’ll see… / Hope you enjoy the pics and thank you for viewing! 1-WOOOOOOW! Happy holidays RB. / Wishing you all a happy and peaceful New Year.
Memory / All alone in the moonlight / I can smile at the old days / I was beautiful then / I remember the time I knew what happiness was / Let the memory live again Memory How cute is this kitty I snapped a photo of today? He was just too adorable for words…he looks like he’s singing, so I had to plonk him into one of my creations, of course…then I thought of that song from the musical “Cats.” Heheh…(It’s snowing here again tonight by the way…)

This oil painting was inspired by traveling in Portland, Oregon last Christmas during the worst white out in 40 years. The awesome quite and stillness of winter with it’s snow blanket drifitng in the breeze and the nightly shawdows on the water invites mystery and quiet contemplation.

This artwork was featured in Dimensions, Imaginative Realism, Photo Manipulators, and Fantasy Fine Art Composites This image has come to mean a lot to me since I first posted it. When I was making it, I was simply merging a bunch of elements that I really enjoy – nature, juxtaposing seasons, a captivating background, interesting model poses, realistic water, and using a monochromatic blue colour scheme. But I guess subconsciously, I was creating an outward projection of how I feel about a very passionate issue with which I am currently faced… Due to resolution issues, the deer had to be photo-painted into the image. Created in Painter 10, with some minor color correction and lighting in Photoshop. This was done using mainly the pastel and oil brushes in painter, along with some custom blender brushes. It’s kind of a fantasy painting… I love mills and I love winter :) Thanks for looking!
This is Geronimo, my neighbor. Taken just behind the house last winter when we moved here from town. And WHAT a view! Although it was snowing when I took this, snow effects are added… as are Night Effects. I took this by daylight. Geronimo has since moved away but there are many other horses on the ranch. Doc, his father, has this paddock now. Featured in AMERICAS – Rural, Urban, Wild, Free Featured in PHOTO MANIPULATORS Featured in SIMPLY HORSES
