  • Strange things beneath the waves

  • A very odd building in Swiss Cottage, London, designed by S&P Architects. Some consider it a carbuncle. The leaning frontage gives the illusion that the floors are sloping. /

  • I cut the diver out of an illustration I did a while back.

  • A fanciful depiction of the psyche of a Replicant, which has the form of a human, yet the soul of blasphemous creation, a Golem, a Frankenstein, a tormented being, anxious and deranged, knowing its time is short and its end inevitable. The spider patterning exudes the replicant’s un-empathic nature, the thing that separates them from humans. If you haven’t, check out Philip K. Dick’s Novel, Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep. It is brilliant. See also:

  • The Maylockian Dictionary states that: / A Fractal Nexus is a point in space where fractals meet the Universal points in space and in turn creates new realities and new M theory Worlds. This is just such a Thought in a minds eye that shows the embossed nature of the Universe. Captured at the speed of thought, this shows how the fabric is made up. Been waiting for a TG2 Render to finish and looks like at least 2 more days 2 go, Wow and it has been rendering for 179 hours so far and probably at least another 23-26 hours to go as it is rendering water now, Shesh…... / So I posted this while I am waiting for the main render to finish up. • The guy was a genius. He burned. Brightly. Everybody knows the famous novels: Black Spring, the Tropics, The Rosy Crucifixion. All good. But I’ve recently come to the conclusion that one of his lesser known works, The Air Conditioned Nightmare, is, in fact, that mythical object … the ‘Great American Novel’. Or, ‘The Great American Road Novel,’ in any case. It encapsulates the true face of this country I was born into in ways nobody else has ever approached, and does so in that inimitable Henry Miller style – long, wild tracts of colorful language and startling imagery used to strike down to the very marrow of any given issue he’d choose to address. This was painted one night in late January, ‘09 – between the hours of 1am and 2 am. It’s just now dried enough to attempt a scan. Oils on 8” x 10” canvas panel.

  • More Great Flower Shots /

  • I have taken my love of reflections and instead of my usual circles, I have used loose Ovals and smooth cross hatch flowing shapes, to design this Fractal digital Abstract painting. / And as always.. I use my own Mathematical algorithms.

  • Exclusively UF 5.02 This piece was made from my Parameters for “Rose Hip Tea.” Though awarded a ”**” from a different community, I was never truly happy with the final product, and secretly desired to remodel the piece. (Rose Hip Tea is currently not featured on Red Bubble.) Thanks for any comments, critiques, or favorites.

  • Pronounced cry-see.

  • “They begin! / The perfections are sharpened / The flower spreads its coloured petals / wide in the Sun. / But the tongue of the bee / misses them / They sink back into the night crying out / -you may call it a cry / that creeps over them, a shiver / as they wilt and disappear….” / -William Carlos Williams In pen/ink/watercolour
