The peace, tranquility and beauty of the Korokoro Falls and the Waikeremoana Track in the Te Urewera National Park. This beautiful waterfall must be amazing in full flow but the tranquility of this scene brings me back to earth and I can just hear the water flowing down the fall, not too loud but serenely calming. It also brings back floods of memories from one of our first multi-day tramps in New Zealand and makes me want to be back ‘home’ with nature. (EOS 5)
From the Bridge on the Gorge Track Filmore Glen Upstate NEW YORK ….taken May 29th 2009. Lush and green and wet with spring rain and growth there was water falling from all the rocky high places. Truly primeval in feel. One of my favourite places in the world. BEST VIEWED LARGE
