Here are two mills from the 1800’s located together along the Delaware Canal which runs parallel to the Delaware River. These mills are near Lambertville, NJ and are part of a series of parks and walks that run along the canal.

Path into the forest on the Mennehaha Walk, just outside of Fox Glacier, New Zealand. It was actually a pretty rotten day for being outside, I’d been up early to shoot Lake Matherson at sunrise and had light mist rain and much fog, there was no view of Fox Glacier so went on this forest walk and the conditions were perfect . . . provided you could keep the camera gear dry.

Taken at Plimmerton Beach, east coast lower North Island, New Zealand. took a few frames to get the water to line up with the sun strike, almost a bit too bright for my liking. Shot taken on a Nikon D700 with 17-35mm Nikkor lens, 100 ISO, active D-Lighting on, Cokin ND8 grad, tripod and sand bags. processed in photoshop.
