Hi anybody having problems with T/Shirt designing…. / I use software called Paint.net and find it so simple / any one wanting details just send bubblemail and I will answer straight away as I spend most of the day at Computer Hey just thought that I would sit and write out my way of doing it useing Paint.net / Here goes….. / First open paint.net then get new.click on image, resize :- and clear maintain aspect / and clear set absolute size, then set to 3200 pixels high and 2400 pixels wide then set resolution to 200 this sets the size to 12×16 inches. / save this as T/Shirt template.png / Open this and carry on as follows / to load a picture go to layer and click add image this will open up the place that you have your pictures stored, open picture that you want and it will appear in the top left corner, click on move pixels and you can then resize the picture and move it to where you want it to appear on the T/Shirt.having done that go to edit and invert selection / then edit and erase selection, you will now have your picture where you want it, / for further editing you can remove parts of the picture by using the eraser . / You can also add text if you want to. / I hope that this helps /

I have been home with you all for four weeks out of the last five. Circumstances meant I did not take a vacation, work in my yard or take some photography trips. I set up my computer and submitted a few photos, and wrote a few stories. What I did do and will remember most is meet a very large and diverse group of people here at the bubble, some of these have been casual and others an intense meeting of the minds. I think I would have to travel alone abroad to experience the same level of personal exchanges that I have had here recently. My artwork makes these conversations possible, but my personality seems to play a part too. I am gregarious and as honest as I can be but mostly I’m genuinely interested in the many ways people live their lives. I have talked about relationships, sex and mortality. Admitted and heard confessions, consoled broken hearts, and argued like enemies. I have learned about poetry from the writers point of view, and humility from a husbands rage. I have behaved poorly and acted heroically with people I did not know just weeks ago. Patience has been tried and I have been moved till I cried. The bubble is full of people with generosity, talent and libidos that know no bounds. I do not know if this is good for me, but I think without them I would miss these people badly. Would they miss me? Is this new way of relating with people healthy? Is it good for society? The family? Is enabling this addiction to attention a miracle or the last straw in a civilization’s decline? I do not judge myself, nor the others I talk to here. Perhaps our families at home do enough of that for us. I do know that without this new digital venue I would not try as hard to continue making art. I would read more, be in the world more and get by in the way I used too, but I would miss playing in this game. A game that did not even exist when I graduated from college. What is going on on sites like this, and others like it throughout the net is revolutionary. It is changing our preconceptions of what we need and want. In a world that is using energy at an ever increasing rate, one realizes more and more people will be living vicariously on their computers. The behavior of people who soon will run the world has been altered by this new medium. Nobody knows if this is a safety net, or a spiders web? Do you?

My interpretation of a chapter from the book about the hot sun frying the brain. please note / the following is from wikipedia. The Shark Net / The Shark Net is a semi autobiographical/semi fictional account of Drewe’s Childhood and adolescence and is best described as a memoir structured as a novel. It was reproduced as an ABC television miniseries. The name, shark net is a metaphor for the modus operandi of a character in the story, the serial killer Eric Edgar Cooke, whom Drewe met in his childhood and can also be interpreted to symbolize a false sense of security. The book charts Drewe’s life from his earliest memories of Melbourne to his childhood in Perth, education at Hale School and his relationship with his father who was a senior manager in the Dunlop rubber company. It includes growing up and coming-of-age themes and also themes to do with Eric Cooke, who was a Dunlop employee. Drewe fictionalises chapters of The Shark Net to do with Cooke, based upon his interviews with Cooke’s family and his own experiences while reporting at his trial for The West Australian. The book is currently used as a Study text for the subject of English in high schools across the states of Victoria and Western Australia, including Xavier College and Penleigh and Essendon Grammar School in Melbourne, Canberra Grammar School and Guilford Young College in Hobart, Canterbury Girls’ Secondary College in Melbourne Victoria, Mazenod College and Helena College in Western Australia, Eynesbury Senior College and University Senior College in Adelaide, South Australia. The book is used as a reflection of the changes in lifestyle of the city of Perth. It is also on the booklist of the secondary education boards in other states. /

”... it is very easy to terrorise people into behaving properly. If you make an example, the more ludicrous the better. Take a guy who steals a 99 cent document from Bell Telephone (this actually happened). Well you smash the shit out of him and take away all of his computer equipment and put him in jail. You make a big thing out of it to let everyone know that this happened and a guy who stole 99 cents worth of data is being persecuted to the max. Everyone then goes “Oops, I had better not do that. ... “There is also an optimistic take on the net which says that the people who are involved or value highly the potential for free exchange of information and ideas will somehow organise resistance within and outside the net. However, I don’t see much sign of this happening as you might expect. Resistance inside the Net is virtual resistance, a show of resistance, not the substance. People talk about free speech but it’s all intellectual, abstract and virtual. ... “The medium itself encourages a disengagement from bodily reality. In some sense every medium has done that. By very definition a medium is a bridge that allows a connection. A bridge also serves a function of separating. ... ~ Hakim Bey

This is for them, Hay it is the hollydaze and I am alone, feeling kinda lonely so was wondering if any beautiful ladies out there that are living near the Calif/Oregon USA border, to give me a holler and a shout to my regular email address at maylock@theatomizer.com and come have dinner with me maybe on Turkey day? Or I to visit you maybe? I dunno worth a shot I thought anyways haha lol. It is Days like these that Art just don’t cut it. I guess Art can only fill so much inside a person and people have needs for the opposite sex, or at least a mate of ones choosing (no matter what sex you like) can be very important to make all that creating worth while sometimes. That and I sure could use a good cuddle hahahaha right about now. Anyway my Avatar is what you see, and is what you get, no fake pictures of me, I am what I am. besides playing great Music on the guitar, and create art that you see, I am also one darn good cook /winks. I Have a nice fire place, and ready to cuddle by it and snuggle in, any takers? hahahaha lolol for this old Warlock/Witch? Could use some new and good Magic bout now. But I doubt that there is any beautiful Single Ladies near me that would feel the same, but since one never knows for sure, I thought to ask the world here /wry grins. / Other wise all I have is Just the Bears and Giant Kitties in the Ancient Redwoods of Klamath, Ca. and my 3 wonderful Dogs of course, MotaMo (Pure bread Auzie Sheperd), dazyMae (Chow/Golden Retriever Mix), and Kukala Kooky (Pure bread ausie Red Healer) My children since I can not have children. So I am blessed in that much at least, so to all have a happy hollydaz for what your beliefs bring to you each day, and may the Universe provide a way for each of us to grow and become more then what we are now and every day there after. In every way, bless you friends. Maylock Aromy Stansbury also known as: / DT / DeathTwister / and / Deathtwisters Alley lots of fun on a google search /winks.

Well I uploaded my first Print for sale. Not sure about the higher end pricing and am still learning, but it is the Beginning of something I hope wonderful for people and me /chuckles….I may change some pricing, as I am still learning all the business part of this web site so still reading but enjoy, and hope you like my craft in my art and my style of painting 3D Digital Art. A little Background on this image for sale is below as well as on the Image page. / This is going to be part of an ongoing Digital Graphic Novel I have just started on. called (Shon’s World). and will be at http://theatomizer.com starting here very soon as I get my U know what together and get some web updates on that website. Shon’s World “Dragon Flight” Got it’s name because as we started to descend to the Planet and start to look for a landing site and a place to set up a base camp, all of a sudden a Flying creature which as you can see can only be described as a Dragon flew up in front of our scout ship. Our Scout Ship must have disturbed the Dragon somehow. Maybe flying over a nest or a cave we didn’t see at first, but it scared us and made us realize that this planet sure isn’t the pastoral setting we had hoped for, in fact it is a barren waist land of very rough terrain so we decided to take precautions as we set up the base camp since we have no idea how hostile these Dragons are to us. In it’s own way though this Planet looks like there are very many adventures and as we found out later a Planet where Magic works and Technology is almost unknown. Created Using Daz, TGD2 deep Preview, and 3D Studio Max, and PhotoShop just about in that order for those Interested.

I forgot! I’m not going to have net access for tomorrow… and the weekend… I’M MOVING HOUSE AGAIN – pouts – I’m tired of it… urgh… but… it’s the last one! Hooray! ... well… until I save enough for a down payment on my own little house… heh heh… but… that will be a loooooong time coming… And now for some better news! The text-less versions of ‘Warning Battery Low’ in Red and Black will be up in the next hour… the with-text versions are still gonna be up if people do want them. Is it possible to have shirts printed on the back, though? It could open up some very interesting designs. Also, some of my friends have asked if RedBubble offers any other shirt colour besides white. Varying base colours could present an interesting challenge in shirt print designs. And then my mind wanders into a threadless spinoff… =\. There could be a colour theme per month… maybe a colour + subject… and see how people interpret that… hmm…. I think my tiredness is showing haha XDD I’m on the homepage again! I feel so treasured, it’s awesome… thank you RedBubble, kisses and hugs! My head feels like it’s expanding… oh no… help… my feet are leaving the ground… aaaaah… XDD. P.S: Everyone! When Black Sheep comes out… watch the movie! I mean… genetically engineered sheep eating people… I can’t help it… It’s too funny… I saw the trailer. I nearly died laughing. And so did my friends. And the lecturer. Whoohoo! -pumps fist -

Well, newbie though I am here, I’m impressed by what seems an enjoyable format, open and inviting. I’m a lesbian, and I love how women use the ‘Net to explore themselves, posting amazing photos and literary work, and commenting on it. I’m no photographer, alas, but I do like finding especially tasteful erotica on Flickr and elsewhere—including Red Bubble, which a Flickr photographer recommended to me today. I’m not sure, though, that I CAN offer anything saleable—but I like to write, including fiction. Maybe this is the place to try out some approaches. On-line, my scribbling has been pretty much limited to flirty comments (sometimes exttensive, sometimes just a few thoughts) about the femme photos I ferret out, mainly on Flickr. With the photographers’ advance permission, I post several per day on my little blog . Rather artlessly titled “Where the Girls Are,” it can be found at devifemme.livejournal.com. (NB it’s not on Flickr, partly because they make it so easy to post most of their stuff on one’s blog anywhere; also, I like Livejournal’s format, and especially its vast, eclectic membership.) I’ve produced it for nearly three years, featuring upwards of 600 photographers—many of them doing the most extraordinary self-portraits. Included among this delightfully diverse bunch are women (and a couple of guys too skilled at the sort of femmie photos I enjoy for them NOT to be included) are photographers from about 50 countries. (Flickr’s membership is amazingly international; I speak 4 languages, and find writing to the photographers a great way to keep in practice.)
