  • Taken in my grandparents gardenlounge and almost impossible without HDR…

  • Old deserted Irish Farm. Very overgrown with major decay having set in. This has an old glass plate photographic effect.

  • This is a reinactment of pioneer days. She is kneading bread. Working by natural light. The picture was taken in Kentucky at a place called The Homeplace. Also available in Sepia.

  • an image capturing the factors that impact on the “quality” of a photographic image. A window, glass, made opaque due to medium density housing regulations, dirty due to water restrictions, the sky and sunshine still fall on the fence that seperates us from strangers. The camera captures this everyday scene, the negative has imperfections, dust attaching itself to its surface during drying, or is pressed between it and the glass during scanning. The scanned image once again “loses” some of what was originally visible, printing the image again brings in imperfections in paper and ink. Yet even with these limitations and imperfections, the power and essence of the image remains. photographer: Chris Zissiadis / camera: Holga 120N

  • Taken inside an historical turn-of-the-century home at Ft. Bridger, Montana. The way the light from the window illuminated the bottle on the table was just too much for me to resist :-) To me, it was reminiscent of the Dutch masters.

  • Macro photograph from an Australian paperbark tree. This was taken late in the afternoon with my camera set on apperture priority! I am passionate about macro photography, I love to find art in the paperbark tree and rocks. Sometimes I find a miniature landscape hidden in the bark of a tree. The melaleuca tree is one of my most photographed tree barks. Featured in the IPA – International Photographers Alliance group, 9th August, 2008

  • Everytime I was washing the dishes in front of my window I kept looking at that fantastic scene .The snow had covered all the roof and at the same time my window ,it was completely dark ,until the snow began to melt .What a sight but I had to remove the icy snow with my hand and push inch by inch the window to open enough so I could go through the small window and take some shot .You should have seen me ,all wet and very happy of my idea. / I called it «communion» because ,at first the two icesticks were just one and melted until they got separated but it looks like they are reaching to get together again. The drop is the communion between them,a« metaphore» but for me it was magical. It’s like the time is suspended…..an untouched pic… / / /

  • The image has been created as an alternative to the popular and greatly exaggerated theory of global warming and its consequences. Since global warming activists predict a dramatic change of the planet’s surface in the nearest future, the Ice Age Premonition portrays our society in the new Ice Age. / Ice Age – A cold period marked by episodes of extensive glaciations alternating with episodes of relative warmth. Any geologic period during which thick ice sheets cover vast areas of land. Such periods of large-scale glaciations may last several million years and drastically reshape surface features of entire continents. A number of major ice ages have occurred throughout the Earth’s history; the most recent periods were during the Pleistocene Epoch. There have been at least four major ice ages in the Earth’s past. The last glacial period ended about ten thousand years ago. / Surrealism art prints / Digital art prints / Fantasy digital art wallpapers
