Well, I have to say I was quite dangerous and the local San Fran’s didn’t seem to appreciate my need to take pictures while I was riding a bike. I guess I was riding a little crooked. I am very proud that I rode my bike across the Golden Gate Bridge. If you ever find yourself in San Fransisco, I highly recomend renting a bike and doing the same. You’ll have to huff up a few hills but it’s definately worth it!

This is a house about a mile from where I live. I loved the outside of this and just had to get the photo. Well, it didn’t turn out how I would have liked so I decided to play with it a little and this is what I came up with. Again with the ghosts, I know….but I really thought this image could use some “family” in it. See if you can find the daughter and father. I hope you enjoy it.

A Canadian Goose looking down on me from atop a high stone arch. The arch is actually an artificial structure that is part of one of the habitats at the Toronto Zoo. The goose seemed to feel that he was master of all he surveyed. / `
A patch of yellow sweet clover flowers growing beside a path in the shadow of the High Level Bridge in Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada. Captured with a Canon Rebel XSi. The High Level Bridge crossing the Oldman river in Lethbridge, Alberta is Canada’s longest rail structure. This year marks it’s 100th anniversary. Yellow Sweet Clover (Melilotus officinalis), also known as Yellow Melilot or Common Melilot is a perennial or biennial species of legume of in the family Fabaceae, native to Eurasia and introduced in North America, Africa and Australia. / The flowers of the yellow sweet clover grow on long narrow racemes, stem-like structures which arise from the leaf axils, or the connection where the leaves and stem join. The finely toothed pinnate leaflets grow alternately in threes along the stem. Each flower is about 1/3” long and has a tendency to droop downward from the raceme, although curving upward toward its tip. This plant is often underseeded with wheat or oats and ends up getting cut for feed. It is considered a toxic plant because when cut for feed, molding usually occurs because of the succulent stems. The molds can metabolize coumarin which is hydrolyzed from a plant glycoside. Dicoumarol is produced, which is toxic to animals.
