Flying Bird
by RajeeThis is my entry for the Speed Tee Challenge The bird came from the photo from this website I am not a professional graphic Artist. I have been using Photoshop for 2 years as a tool for making POD website shirts.

The original painting, Michael at the Waterpump, is watersoluble oil on paper,11 1/16” x 15 1/16”, 2001. At a scenic campsite in the forested hills surrounding Oakridge, Oregon, a child and his mother discover the joy of an old fashioned red water pump after feasting on huckleberries. Poised in mid-stroke of the pump the mother’s figure is bathed half in sunlight and half in dappled shadow with a sense of continuing motion. As the crystal clear mountain water cascades from the spout Michael washed the huckleberry stains from his tiny fingers in joy and wonderment. Surrounding this nostalgic scene is a array of pacific northwest foliage and trees rendered in impressionistic brush strokes.
