Upper Antelope Canyon is located near Page, Arizona. It is on the Navajo Reservation and only accessible via guided tour from the Navajo tribe. This place was simply fantastic. There even is a certain charm in this Black and White version.

I photographed this majestic blue heron in Point Lobos State Reserve in CA. Or South West to be more precise. / Taken from Exmouth Seafront, the slim spit of land in front is Dawlish Warren, which, apart from being a National Nature Reserve, is also a very important spit of land that protects the River Exe estuary from flooding, and damage to the main rail line that connects Exeter, down to Penzance, Cornwall. Blossom’s_Photo_Gallery Country Road on way to Mann River Nature Reserve Nestled amongst magnificent mountain scenery east of the Great Dividing Range in the north of New South Wales, is a lovely and little-known part of the Mann River. It is an area of great interest to naturalists, bushwalkers and photographers. The park is located 48 km east of Glen Innes, 129 km west of Grafton. Turn off the Gwydir Highway onto the old Glen Innes-Grafton road. Take this road between the park and Grafton for a scenic alternative, however it includes 120 km of unsealed road not suitable for caravans. Old Grafton Road, Rural New South Wales, Australia.

The area is Fleetwood marsh nature reserve which has many wrecks that have been left to rot away, it is also a great area to see many wading birds. Please view large!

After going through a few of my photos, I had noticed there were a few that had great skies on some and lovely flowers on others. So, I started piecing together in a sketch what I would like to see in one image. I tried to keep the look loose and impressionistic to have the most impact. This was created in Photoshop with 7 layers and natural media brushes. I can see another trip is needed to Antelope Valley Poppy Reserve next spring. :o)
