This was one of the most awesome sunsets I have stood around for – way out in the interior. The tree was so arresting in silhouette and the light was pooling more and more intensely. It was actually raining slightly. / And I was getting nibbled at by turtles in the water as I clicked away over that magic hour.
Enjoy!

This was a crack of dawn shot on the North coast of Cornwall. I spent most of the time keeping warm in the car and in the dark. But it was worth the wait. Mowenstow, Bude. Cornwall, England.

Sgwd Isaf Clun-Gwyn waterfall, in the heart of the Brecon Beacons, South Wales. A really enchanting place to visit…..though the walk to it is not for the faint hearted! Canon 400D + sigma 10-20 and filters. 2secs @ iso 100
Keep close to Nature’s heart, yourself… and break clear away, once in a while… and climb a mountain… or spend a week in the woods… Wash your spirit clean…. What a magical place this is Natural Bridge (also known as Natural Arch), in the World Heritage-listed, Springbrook National Park, Queensland, Australia. Over millions of years, the waters of the mountain fed Cave Creek has worn away at the basalt cave roof, to create this natural wonder. Home to a colony of glow-worms, only visible after sunset. The short hiking walk takes you through some beautiful rainforest, most of the time, you can hear the falling waters of these falls. A must see if you come to the area! Canon 50D, 14mm. Available large, and definately best viewed Large!

Going to do a series of the Noosa National Park in Queensland. This place is totally beautiful, and so natural! The park is loaded with hiking tracks, with some unmarked and quite rugged. I can’t think of anything better than being alone and at one with nature in it’s purest form. This rock pool, not easily accessable as it took about 20 minutes of rock jumping and some climbing. I find the best places are where no one can easily access :) Noosa National Park, Noosa Heads, Queensland, Australia. Canon 50D, 10mm. Available Large and best viewed Large!
