I was extremely bored today and I wanted to do something creative so I found the bubbles and started blowing out in the backyard. It was a little windy today so it was a stupid idea but I couldn’t stop trying, I just wanted ONE ! bubble with some sort of reflection before it popped. It was a mess, dripping bubbles everywhere and dropping my camera around my wrist a hundred times and then POP…..too late ! but finally I got one I really liked ….it reminds me of a garden globe.

A photograph of a bubble on some twigs….much like the other one but this one had a lot more reflections and colors. You can see my camera and my hand in the middle as well. / It is very yellow, I don’t know how that happened, maybe the gloomy grey skies. Most of them are clear with blue and pink streaks. This one reminded me of colored mercury glass. / (I added shadow to bring out the colors more.)

The dark colors in this shot kept reminding me of Gotham City and how it always seemed dark and colorless there. Taken in the exact same place as Hanging By a Moment, a bush right outside my front door.

This is the other photograph I took of the heart shaped ice on a twig. I love finding familiar shapes in nature.

A photograph using pieces of nature for our props, the crown was made of twigs, feathers, moss and other things found in nature, everyone in our house has had their photo taken wearing this crown….including the dogs. We had to take a few warm up sessions for this shot…...burr It’s cold :)

This was not ps, It’s a photograph of reflections only, then added a dash of shadow and light with picasa2 / I started practicing this in the summer to see what I could get. I did some more today and chose this one to display…I’m not sure how I feel about it yet because It’s still new. / This will probably be the only one I put up, I just wanted to try something different. I think I’m losing my mind with my water droplet addiction lol :)

Yup…here i am again. Sorry. :P But i thought i´d upload a few more photos before i embark on my Lofoten and Scotland-trips tomorrow. :) And once i return i plan on being a bit more active on this site that i have truly come to love. These little guys look like they could lose their hold on their twigs at any time. I really like the colors. The shadows remind me of those graphs we used to look at in school, with the overlapping bubbles. I don’t remember what they were called…anyone else know what I’m talking about? :) Taken in the exact same place as Winter in Gotham City, a bush right outside my front door.
