Ducks bathing in the woods, Cambridgeshire UK
Red Tulips..Taken in my mums back garden, i kept the background nice and natural because i think everyone does flower shots with black or white/ plain backgrounds and this makes the image a little different
Captive cougar.
Ducks in the woods, Hinchingbrooke Park , Cambridgeshire, a really beautiful day , these ducks looked so happy and they seemed to all be chatting to one another..

I photographed a picture frame and then made a montage using a number of flower photo’s I have captured in the last 12 months. The editing was done in Paint Shop Pro. Each flower was cut away from it’s background using the selection tool and then placed where I wanted it in the scene, on it’s own layer. I used the Deform Tool to scale down all of the flowers, except the Frangiapani. I made sure to reduce the length and the width of the flowers in equal percentages so that their shapes were not distorted which would have degraded the image quality.
White Swan …
“Marbled Sky“ I found this scene on the way home from a photo shoot with my sister, Manikah. We had visited Beaver Town to shoot the Arkansas Golden Gate Bridge. Beaver Town is a quaint nostalgic community just outside of Holiday Island, near Eureka Spring, Arkansas. Of course, on the way home we took every dirt road we could find! ...lol When we were crossing a low-water bridge, I happened to glance down I saw this “marbled sky”! My eyes are always searching for the art in nature :)
Heres another little cutie I got along with the chickadees and cardinals .. thanks for all your help in telling me what little bird this is .. I thought he was a woodpecker but then got confused along the way somehow lol

And when I finally do surrender all…....................... I AM SO BLESSED !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
These monstrous and beautiful koi or carp were in my father’s pond at his house in KL … I HAD to take photos to draw them later :)
A cygnet gets a free ride from its mother during a family outing on Lake Eden. The practice of carrying one or two cygnets on the mother’s or father’s backs is very common and sometimes the cygnets are totally hidden underneath the large wings.
This work is inspired by arum lilies. / I see these lillies as a representation of purity. I loaded this onto RB first as I consider it to be the best I have done so far. The fluidity of the lines and the colouration worked out so well. Others on RB seem to like it too. I would like to thank the Works on Paper Group for Featuring it. It is done with caligraphy and metallic brushpens on paper (110gsm Acid free Cartridge Paper). I use these brushpens as they allow free flowing strokes. They are like preloaded paintbrushes unfortunately they are no longer made in the gold and silver I have used here. For a person as messy as me they are a great solution. The different effects occur as the brushes work differently when they are fully loaded or running out or when they interact with the texture of the paper. Unfortunately they have stopped making them so I am hoarding the ones I have left. I love flowers and they are often the inspiration for my work. The original hangs in my hallway and is not currently for sale.
It’s absolutely mind-boggling to look at the diversity, the complexity, and the breathtaking beauty of nature. With a phrase borrowed from the great hymn, when I consider all God has made, I should drop to my knees in awe and gratitude before His Majesty. This image began as a shot of an exotic butterfly in an exhibit, and with some work in PhotoShop emerged into my humble rendition of one of the zillions of miracles that come to us from the mind and heart of God.
I’ve got crazy with colors again ! lol … thiny wild flowers / june 2007 / - / copyrighted / /

A single golden Gerbera daisy glistening with dewdrops against an earthy background makes for a nice Thanksgiving greeting.
