The Twelve Apostles in the Port Campbell National Park, Victoria, Australia.
Stormy weather and sunlight over the Twelve Apostles, Great Ocean Road
Wild pony on the sand dunes of Assateague Island.
Taken while driving over Sea Cliff Bridge between Stanwell Park and Wollongong, about an hour and a half south of Sydney. Definitely worth a look – an architect’s dream!
Came across this at the near deserted beach along a stretch of the Oregon Dunes National Park. Perfect position for my polarizer to take full advantage of the perpendicular sun.
Sunset at number two rocks, Canunda National Park, Millicent, South Australia. The most amazing sky that just swirled and twirled!
Gerroa is an idyllic village at the Kiama end of Seven Mile Beach on the south coast of New South Wales … their sunset on Tuesday (6 January 08) was aided by smoke haze from bushfires in the Morton National Forest. After a day in which temperatures reached 40 degrees celsius and beyond, it was a pleasure to have the surf lapping my ankles as the sun slipped behind the mountains. Got up for dawn at Port Campbell only for it to be drizzly and overcast, but by the time I got down to the beach and the sun started to rise some awesome colour came through and it made the early start well and truly worth it! / Settings Canon 40D, 10-22mm EF-S. This little gem can be found just around the corner from Loch Ard Gorge near Port Campbell off Victoria’s Great Ocean Road, Australia. I came here the afternoon before and there were snap happy tourists everywhere but decided to come back the next morning and there wasn’t a soul in sight, just the crashing ocean to keep me company… Unfortunately as of early June 2009 this archway has collapsed leaving two apostles next to eachother. For information read this story on the collapse / Settings Canon 40D, 10-22mm EF-S. Elephants Rocks, Denmark, Western Australia. For Beth, my twin-sis. Another image from one of my favourite places. The day of our visit, it amazed me how many people stood on the top of these rocks and then turned back to the carpark, missing the view of the rocks from this point and all the wonderful coastline around the corner. Still, that means we had it to ourselves!! For enquires about canvas prints, or photographic prints larger than Redbubble options, please contact me via bubblemail

I shot this deep into a winter dusk looking south to Wollongong from the Curracurrang in Royal NP. I love that moment when the eye can only see night but the camera on long exposure picks up the residual colours of sunset and twilight.. Another from the archives. It’s so much fun going over shots you took a couple of years ago and have forgotten. So many magic memories come alive. Canon 30D / Tv: 82 seconds / Av: f/4.0 / ISO: 200

Please View Large Another wonderful small hamlet to be found on the North Yorkshire coastline is Runswick Bay. I just loved the way this boat had kinda been abandoned for what appeared to be the winter. Featured in – Technical Photography – 17th October 2009 Nikon D300 / Sigma 24-70mm Google Maps
Going to do a series of the Noosa National Park in Queensland. This place is totally beautiful, and so natural! The park is loaded with hiking tracks, with some unmarked and quite rugged. I can’t think of anything better than being alone and at one with nature in it’s purest form. This rock pool, not easily accessable as it took about 20 minutes of rock jumping and some climbing. I find the best places are where no one can easily access :) Noosa National Park, Noosa Heads, Queensland, Australia. Canon 50D, 10mm. Available Large and best viewed Large!
Red granite cliffs and glacial cut overlook the Atlantic Ocean, Acadia National Park, Little Moose Island, Maine. Little Moose Island is on the Schoodic Peninsula section of Acadia National Park, and is only accessible during low tide. / Canon 50D / Circular polarizer / graduated ND filter / f12 / 3 second exposure / iso 100 / 10-22mm wide angle lens

The beautiful Granite Bay in Noosa National Park. The more I visit this place, the more I fall in love with the area. There is always birds flying around, beautiful rock pools, just waiting to be discovered. Some of the larget pools make a lovely smooth base pool too :) Granite Bay, Noosa National Park, Noosa Heads, Queensland, Australia. Canon 5D Mk II, 35mm, 16:9 crop. Available very large, and best viewed large.
Exploring the Noosa National Park along it’s coastline, is just full of hidden treasures. Eye candy, especially in the falling light of sunset.. This shot taken the same day as Noosa’s Serenity where a depleted storm cell was passing overhead. My Brother is not much of a nature buff, who admited it was spectacular sight, and glad he came with me. He is on the point, to the far right of the photo.
