Thanks for viewing. PS. Nearly lost my balls making the November image. Come to think of it, I’ve nearly lost my balls on numerous occasions whilst making photographs in the last few years. It’s extremely rare for me to write about a feature at RB, but when it happens on the RB Home Page that’s pretty neat. :) / Evening Glow – Narrandera This photo was taken in 2007 whilst travelling north along the Newell Highway between Jerilderie and Narrandera in New South Wales, Australia. Bronwyn and I were desperately scouting the landscape late in the day looking for a definite feature to photograph during the golden hour. We were both pretty knackered by this stage of the day because we’d been working our butts off all day long. We work pretty good as a team when travelling – she’s patient and keeps an eye out for something of interest. Importantly, she helps with my gear and helps me get over some barbed wire fences. To date, there’s been no accidents, if you know what I mean. ;) So, this RB Home Page feature is dedicated to Bronwyn, who helped me over a barbed wire fence in my pursuit to make this photograph. Thanks to RB for choosing this image for the Home Page. :)

  • The Murrumbidgee River at Narrandera It is a natural bushland area and It is an ideal area for swimming with three natural beaches, and facilities for fishing and basic camping. The water level is not very high. (Check out how far down the banks it is). Nikon D200 / 18-200 vr lens / F 13 / 1/40 shutter / ISO 100 / Ev -0.3 / Focal length 18mm HDR.
