Joshua Tree National Park, California. Postwork to this photo includes contrast and color enhancement, painting the sky blue and adding the sun. At a certain time of the year, the sun can be seen in the opening…..just not like this when I have been there. :)
Model – Danica/Nytevision I have no idea who the artist is who did the mural she is standing in front of. All I know is that it’s in Adelaide’s CBD and it’s awesome… and orange. / If you know, tell me. They deserve credit. / This is not a manip. Copyright 2008 Harmony Nicholas

ARTE MURAL EUROPARQUE / SANTA MARIA DA FEIRA / PORTUGAL Foto original e edição de Carlos Teófilo ALL MY WORK BY SERIES:
Reflective, calm and peaceful. A walk through Adelaide on a balmy summer’s evening along the Torrens, looking at public art and feeling completely at home. To have a camera there to capture a small portion of that feeling and take it home is what it is all about. / Talking Our Way Home sculpture by Shaun Kirby

Seraphim are jealous. This is the best halo in heaven and on Earth. Makes a distinctive statement as a card.
Lonely shopping car in Berlin Spandau (Germany)... It suggests, that on the 31st of the month, there is no money and only an empty shopping car…...........................
Fellow member (PeteStreet) took notice of my MUSICAL MAIDEN photo in my portfolio. He wanted to know if I had taken a large pic of the mural while in Buenos Aires. I did—but here I chose to desaturate it, crop it a bit and add a bit of selective color. I’ll dedicate this one to “PeteStreet” since he inspired me to work on it. Thanks, Pete. :)
Classic cars and murals. San Diego Ca. scene with classic car and local mural from my neighborhood.
As I was taking my 10,000 steps for the day I came across a mural in Venice Beach, CA. This is a huge wall mural near the Venice post-office. I focused on the ‘Laurel & Hardy’ part to create a sort of portrait tribute to the duo. I did some heavy color saturation because the actual mural is fading and will likely disappear one day.
Suburban simplicity from Budapest 15th district.
Typical scene in high desert of Southern California.
This Mural has been painted over a building on the seafront at Swanage Dorset. UK. This part shows a fifties style ice cream parlour/coffee bar. The other is the main part of the building showing stairs and if you look closely you will see the words, ‘This is a photo opportunity’ Which I couldn’t resist. My thanks to the artists, Antonia Phillips and Nina Camplain. / Thank you for looking. /
Based on a photo of an old mural on a Chinese factory wall during the Mao era, the original would have said something like ‘strength and learning to increase tractor and wheat production” or some other equally inspirational message. Check out a few more of my best selling Ts /
