  • The Devil's Church
    by Andy Mueller IPA

    US$4.32–US$98.80

This shot was taken on the way home from a motorcycle trip to Dayton, OH. My buddy was getting a little ticked off at my wanting to stop to take this shot, as we tried to outrun the rain. Am I glad we stopped !!! This looked like an old church, that someone then had used as a residence for years. I LOVE the red leather chair on the porch, and the sky was just perfect for HDR. Taken with Nikon D300 and Tokina 12-24mm lens. Post processing included HDR treatment, and some dodge & burn.

  • HDR image, Whalehead Hunt Club, Currituck, NC. Different angle, rocking chairs overlooking the Currituck Sound. Why don’t you pull up a chair and enjoy the view, smell and sound over a glass of fresh squeezed lemonade? / Click on thumbnail below for the full view of this beautiful place. / My art with 1000+ views

  • The Sound Of Silence
    by Andy Mueller IPA

    US$4.32–US$98.80

HDR image of a Steinway Piano at a friends’ home. She’s quite an accomplished artist herself, she painted the images behind the piano in Tuscany Italy. I’m looking for a good title for this image, this piano hasn’t been played in years. This is a re-post of my Silent Night image, this one without the black border. I had taken this to work one day, matted and framed and sold three copies of it that day ….. Taken with Nikon D200 and Tokina 12-24mm lens. My art with 1000+ views / / Have a look art this one as well, can you see the four ghosts in this shot? /

  • The Perfect Morning
    by Andy Mueller IPA

    US$4.32–US$98.80

So I recently returned back to one of my favorite sites to photograph. This is the Whalehead Hunt Club in Currituck, North Carolina. Currituck Lighthouse is also visible on the left. This particular morning was just beautiful, very rare to have hardly any wind coming across Currituck Sound. The reflection turned out awesome, in my opinion. Image has been processed through Redynamix for the HDR look and also had the Orton effect applied. Best viewed in large. / Image made with tripod mounted Nikon D200, Sigma 18-50mm f/2.8, remote shutter release.

  • No Mission Tonight
    by Andy Mueller IPA

    US$4.49–US$102.60

Capt. John Davis and Bombardier Lt. Carl Thompson are walking passed their bird to meet the rest of the boys for a few beers. Both can faintly hear music and laughter of men spilling from a tent near the end of the runway. Davis looks back into the setting sun, listens to the big radial engines still ticking from an earlier test flight. The distinct smell of burnt oil still lingers in the air. / “God I love that smell” he thinks to himself. / He gazes down upon the puddles of oil underneath the port and starboard engines. / “Hey, does it look like engine one is leaking more than usual?” John asks, turning to Carl who had his half smoked cigarette in the corner of his mouth. / “It’s been leaking more since Frankfurt”, Carl replies. / “Frankfurt? Yeah, I think you’re right”. Davis can still hear the screams of the waistgunner, when the shrapnel tore through the entire port side. / “Poor Sammy, he never had a chance”, Davis says. / Carl didn’t reply, just walked quietly next to John, the setting sun throwing long shadows onto the tarmac, making them both look like giants. / Both men knew that tonight they indeed feel larger than life, because there is no mission tonight. • Metro Motion
    by Andy Mueller IPA

    US$4.32–US$98.80

Image was taken in Washington DC, at one of the many Metro stations. I love the contrast between items in motion and the stationary objects. Processed with Redynamix to give it a slight HDR feel. Taken with Nikon D50 and Nikkor 18-70mm lens.

  • Turned On
    by Andy Mueller IPA

    US$4.83–US$110.20

Funny how something so ordinary, can be so interesting. Captured on my way out of the Bruton Parish Episcopal Church, in Colonial Williamsburg. One of the oldest Episcopal churches in the United States, Bruton has been serving members since 1715. Famous past worshipers include presidents Washington, Tyler, Monroe and Jefferson. • Serenity
    by Andy Mueller IPA

    US$4.32–US$98.80

What can I say … Sometimes it all does come together perfect. I absolutely love how this turned out, hope you do as well. Image made with a Nikon D200 And Tokina 12-24mm lens. Slight touch of HDR post processing applied, converted to Sepia Tones in Adobe Digital Lightroom.

  • Silent Night
    by Andy Mueller IPA

    US$4.32–US$98.80

HDR image of a Steinway Piano at a friends’ home. She’s quite an accomplished artist herself, she painted the images behind the piano in Tuscany Italy. I’m looking for a good title for this image, this piano hasn’t been played in years. If you can think of a title that jumps out at you, I’d appreciate you posting it for me. Thanks. • Chromed Beauty
    by Andy Mueller IPA

    US$4.83–US$110.20

First of all, big kudos go to fellow bubbler Kevin Kroeker, who gave me a great idea of some add’l post processing steps which I had not tried before, until this image. HDR Image of an antique shiny black car with tons of chrome. I don’t know why, but I absolutely love this image. Hope you do as well. My art with 1000+ views

  • Bridge to Faith
    by Andy Mueller IPA

    US$4.49–US$102.60

The path to faith ….. the bridge to somewhere ….. Taken with Nikon D200 and Tokina 12-24mm f/4 lens. HDR processing applied.

  • Perfect Deception
    by Andy Mueller IPA

    US$4.32–US$98.80

One of those mornings when a photographers’ dream seems to fulfill itself. A few of you sure will “see” right through the title on this image. One of my alltime favorite places to photograph, the Whaleheadhunt Club in Currituck, NC. Best viewed in Large format.

  • The Path
    by Andy Mueller IPA

    US$4.32–US$98.80

I wonder where this path leads? During a motorcycle trip to Georgia, I passed by this scene and just had to turn around. The ground fog was just wicked, it was shrouding this path which I presume belongs to a rural farm. Taken with the Nikon D300 and Sigma 18-50mm f/2.8 lens. HDR processing and Orton effect applied, as well as some dodge & burn.

  • Smiling
    by Andy Mueller IPA

    US$4.32–US$98.80

Found this old moss covered VW Bug amongst the woods in rural Pennsylvania. It looks like it has been resting here for years, yet it still is smiling. When viewed in Large, it almost has a 3-D effect like Kevin pointed out. Herman is in this shot as well …..

  • My Space
    by Andy Mueller IPA

    US$4.32–US$98.80

Captured this image aboard the Cruiseship “Valor”, during a 7 day Western Caribbean Cruise. Some of the ships’ interior was quite interesting and warranted a few photo sessions. This is a 15 second exposure of some empty barstools, shot from the floor with camera angled upwards. Image made with tripod mounted Nikon D300 and Nikkor 18-70mm lens. The image itself has been run through ReDynaMix for an HDR “feel”, then converted to B&W, then with several layers gradually punched through the layers to achieve the selective coloring on the barstools from the original color HDR image. / Please view in Large to see all of the detail ….

  • Power Of Three
    by Andy Mueller IPA

    US$4.32–US$98.80

One of the reasons I love Redbubble so much, is the inspiration that other artists give me. Some time ago my australian mate Michael Bermingham posted Old Yanchep Inn which to me is a timeless classic. Then Shelly Hiebert posted Sacred which is just a fantastic image. I always wanted to get a shot similar to both of those and digging through my archives back to 2007, I came across this image I took with my Nikon D50 in the Madison State Capitol building. A little HDR processing, converted to B&W, little noise reduction applied, some Dodge & Burn (which Kimberly Palmer first introduced me to) and this is what I came up with. Please also look at Michael’s and Shelly’s image, as well as Kimberly’s work.

  • Bored and needing some new “material”, I headed outside with Nikon D300, Sigma 105mm f/2.8 Macro and SB800 flash. After blinding multiple insects, I settled down at my blooming Hydrogena. Amazing what nature will “paint” for us.

  • Patiently waiting on a letter from you …. One of those, “Oh, I’m gonna have to stop the car and take this shot” kind of moments. I love how the two left-most trees almost form an arch. Incidently this road is called Covered Bridge Road and leads to Pennsylvania’s Oldest Covered Bridge built in 1830 RIP John. My art with 1000+ views

  • Break Right
    by Andy Mueller IPA

    US$5.16–US$117.80

Roger flightleader, break right! Group of Pelicans navigating through breaking waves as remnants of Hurricane Noel hit the Outer Banks.

  • Ghostly Reflections
    by Andy Mueller IPA

    US$4.32–US$98.80

This image was taken at a friends home, same place that some of you may remember from “Silent Night” or “Sound of Silence”. She has a great art and antique collection, her home just screams to be photographed, (she painted the painting over the fireplace). I tried a little something new with long exposures and LOVE the ghost like silhouettes. You have to view this in large format to see them!!! And there are no ducks in this shot! • The Pillar Of Strength
    by Andy Mueller IPA

    US$4.99–US$114.00

I ride alone, lost in my thoughts, taking in the beautiful sights around me. Like a pillar of strength, you appear out of nowhere when I least expected it. Greener pastures on both sides of the fence. You’re shining light gives me hope that blue skies will prevail, and that the storm will just blow over. For I am travelling the long road home. • Coming Ashore
    by Andy Mueller IPA

    US$4.66–US$106.40

Totally exhausted from it’s long journey (Grand Canyon to North Carolina), this duck just barely managed to drag itself onto the beach to rest. Note the similarities to this Duck spotted at the South Rim of the Grand Canyon: /

  • F-22 Raptor
    by Andy Mueller IPA

    US$4.32–US$98.80

F-22 Raptor during the demo at 2007 NAS Oceana airshow. This plane and it’s capabilities are nothing short of amazing. I wonder how hot that exhaust is? My art with 1000+ views
