Jenny’s Creek, Waterfalls.
Same boat as in The Tinny / I really liked the clouds in these shots and since we haven’t had many clouds of late, I might stick up a few from this shoot. Stay tuned….
Slide sandwich of autumn trees at Hyde Park.
This was taken last summer in Bristol. / It’s pretty cold here at the moment and when I look at this picture it makes me want to walk through it. Roll on summer.
An open country road lined with trees. These trees are over 150 years old and are nearing the end of their lives. The National Trust has planted a further row of Beech trees behind these so that when they are no more the new ones will take their place. They were planted as a lead up to Kingston Lacy House in Dorset – I’d love to have them along the ‘driveway’ to my house!
Spun my camera around for this hand held long exposure of fall colors on a tree in Northern California.
Autumn Movement “I CRIED over beautiful things knowing no beautiful thing lasts. The field of cornflower yellow is a scarf at the neck of the copper sunburned woman, the mother of the year, the taker of seeds. The northwest wind comes and the yellow is torn full of holes, new beautiful things come in the first spit of snow on the northwest wind, and the old things go, not one lasts.” ~Carl Sandburg
These young growth trees were being buffeted by gusty winds so that some remained still while others did not

Backlit trees at Hyde Park. A neutral density filter allowed a long exposure in which I zoomed out and moved the camera fractionally in a circular motion. VIEW LARGER
they were running toward the gate. as we were approaching with the food. they are so smart!!! I am cow mad.. or is mad cow. i just love cows ever since I was a child .. hope you love them too. _Immokalee Florida Dexter cattle are the smallest of the European cattle breeds, being about half the size of a traditional Hereford and about one third the size of a Friesian milking cow. They were considered a rare breed of cattle, until recently, but are now considered a recovering breed by the American Livestock Breeds Consevancy. The Dexter breed originates from Ireland[ The popularity of Dexters has been fueled by a desire for organic food, health concerns over factory farming, and soaring food prices. “The government has no interest in where our food comes from or how it tastes, so it’s nice to set your own welfare and quality standards,” said poet and songwriter Pam Ayres, who has a small herd of Dexters on her 20-acre Cotswolds property. “If you’ve got a bit of land, a breed like the Dexter can work out a lot cheaper than the supermarket, plus they do a pretty good job of mowing the lawn.” source of info wikipedia
Hornsbeck Creek in northeastern Pennsylvania boasts three picturesque waterfalls, this one being the third. The creek, which flows through a beautiful gorge is among the most scenic in Pennsylvania and has become a favorite place of mine for nature photography.
