A road-going version of a TVR Tuscan Challenge racing car. / Originally built to take part in the TVR Tuscan Challenge series that ran from 1985 through to 2005 by which time these highly-developed cars had over 500bhp on tap with no traction control or other driver aids – which was a sure-fire recipe for very close, exciting (and noisy) racing! / This particular car has been converted to road-going specification following a long life on the racing circuits of Britain. / Like many other ex-racing cars, the engine had been sold off seperately – this car now has a 4.2 litre TVR AJP V8 engine from a TVR Cerbera.
