My favorite, quiet, Texas road gets yet another photo manipulation treatment. To see two very different treatments, check out: 1. What I Remember About That Day . . . / 2. Into The Blue Both images are also available in this gallery.
A stunning eclipse graced itself in our South East Australian skies early 2007. This Photograph was taken from my veranda. I was taking shots for nearly an hour but as I had limited experiance with night photography, I found the compromise between wide apeture and slow shutter speed tricky to balance the colour the way I wanted. After experimenting with a 20 second shutter and 2.8 F stop, all along jutting the tripod along every 5 seconds to achieve this illusion, I was finaly satisfied. Plase let me know if you have any hints for night photography!
Is it the moon or is it something else altogether? your guess

Robin Hoods Bay / Robin Hood’s Bay is a small fishing town or village located five miles south of Whitby on the coast of North Yorkshire, England. The town, which consists of a maze of tiny streets, has a tradition of smuggling, and there is reputed to be a network of subterranean passageways linking the houses. The main legitimate activity had always been fishing, but this started to decline in the late 19th century.
Some of my space work – Not a direction you would think a purist photographer would take – but something that I have found with digital photography. All of the are created digitally from photos of space. Hope you like it.
